I have had several appointments at The Parade now, as an autistic adult I can find the dentist quite daunting but I cant thank the team enough. James Grandfield and Jennifer Neilson are always so professional and helpful, they talk to through every step of the process to put you at ease and are incredibly knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Im no longer scared of the dentist and have the team to thank for that!

An excellent dental practice. Ive been a patient for over 20 years. The quality of dental care is exceptional and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

I've been a patient at the practice for over 20 years and have never needed them more after an accident last December. It's been a long old haul due to my injuries, but today I can finally smile again!!. The patience, understanding, and care I have received has been outstanding. From Mike seeing me as an emergency all those months ago to all the care and support Anna and the whole of the reception team have shown me over the last few months. However, my most heartfelt thanks goes to James Morgan and Hannah for being there for me every step of the way. From explaining every single detail of my treatment and making sure I was happy with everything to supporting me throughout. I cannot thank them enough for giving me back my confidence

I'm so happy with the result of the best care from Dr Mike Page and staff. I've not been the most easiest patient and have struggled throughout the process. However, with great communication reassurance and professionalism from everyone, the result is outstanding. I can honestly say, I have my life back, so thank you.

I have been pleased with the work they do. However, after living and working in the country for 15 years, I still have an accent. But please do not ask me a minute after my appointment starts where I am from TWICE. I do not mean to be impolite, but I come here for a good service and not being categorised based on my accent. More than that, after politely responding I live and work here, I am asked even when leaving at the reception where I am from. I am polite, say thank you all the time, pay for the service, but please do not be intrusive. Asking the same thing three times in 30 minutes by two different people at such a nice clinic...

I can't recommend The Parade enough! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the wonderful reception staff who are always warm and welcoming. The waiting area is comfortable and inviting, making you feel at ease before your appointment. Denise is truly the best she's incredibly skilled, reassuring, and genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. The entire team has your best interests at heart, and their commitment to providing top-notch care is evident in everything they do. I'll never go anywhere else for my dental care!

I would highly recommend Majid as a dental hygienist, as I saw him this week. Majid was professional, polite and was happy to answer all my questions and gave great advice. Hannah was lovely too both making me feel at ease.

Friendly, caring, accommodating, providing efficient professional service, and having an efficient administrative process. This was such a relief to 2 americans needing routine dental care while visiting beautiful Wales. We felt welcomed and well treated.

I was very nervous about going to a new dentist as I knew I had left it far too long and not been looking after my teeth as well as I should have been. James Grandfield and Lauren have been so amazing every step of the way- totally supportive, understanding and positive. Im so grateful for the excellent job theyve done replacing some of my old, conspicuous and damaged fillings- Im no longer self conscious about laughing! The best dental care Ive ever had in my life, without a shadow of a doubt. I also have to give a shoutout to the wonderful hygienist Robyn who did a superb job cleaning up my teeth too, and to the adminsupport staff who have always been so helpful and friendly every time Ive needed their help. This morning I had an hygienist appointment and I have to say the experience was first class. Both the hygienist and assistant were very thorough during the procedure, and I consider the 5 star rating well justified.

What a great practice!! Called today and spoke to a lovely lady Jennifer she was extremely helpful and polite on the telephone.

My Invisalign treatment by James Grandfield has been well worth it. The end result is better than I hoped, thanks to Jamess guidance and expertise. Thank you James G and Lauren.

Delighted with my treatment here by James Grandfield. I have never had straight teeth, even after train track braces, but Invisalign by James has transformed my smile from wonky to straight, and made me feel so much better about smiling in photographs . The whole process was explained clearly and the team are just lovely, I needed a crown too which has been done beautifully.

As an anxious patient who had been given no help by their previous dental practice, I felt immediately at ease at The Parade. Jamie (Hygienist) has helped me so much that I cannot put it into words. I am devastated to hear that he is leaving. I highly recommend this practice.
