Richard Cousley and his team are really professional and my son has had a problem free journey from start to finish with his Orthodontic treatment. His 10mm underbite has been corrected without surgery and his teeth look amazingly straight and aligned. The payment plan was explained fully at the beginning and so we were aware of costs upfront. I brought my son here for a retainer and braces. Having spent time in the US and being used to their private dental treatments, the Priestgate Clinic was very impressive and a step ahead. Sensible and practical adoption of technology such as scanning the mouth for the retainer (no sticky gum impressions), and 3D printing so available next day and quickly reproduced when lost. Very friendly staff with keen awarness of need to educate (and practical demonstration of) how to clean teeth, retainers, braces. Talked through every step of the process when braces being applied. Well designed ambiance. To top it off they actually care what their customers think - as in genuinely care rather than pay lip service. Congratulations on setting up a customer centric business.

So helpful with all of regular my appointments, but especially my recent teeth whitening experience. The manager was incredibly helpful arranging both my consultation and collection appointment. She really went above and beyond to fit me in so I could achieve my desired results before my birthday. I couldnt be happier - I just wish Id caught her name so I could thank her properly! Was recommended priestgate by a dentist in Canary Wharf and have visited a number of times. Always very professional and comfortable. This time had a filling with Ayaaz Ahmed who was great.

Richard and Catherine and the wider team are consummate professionals. They have looked after our 3 children superbly and provided world class dentistry and orthodontics. I could not speak highly enough of them and would never hesitate to recommend them. Whether coming to the rescue in an emergency following a rugby injury or general work they are both genuinely caring and have always treated my children as if they were their own and the quality of their work is outstanding. You cant ask for more than that!

Great orthodontist for my braces. From start to finish. Any questions I had, Richard would answer them and give me reassurance. All the team around him too provided great service and would highly recommend these guys.

I have just had a root canal filling by Dr Zahid and his Nurse. They are an excellent team who are friendly, professional and efficient. They kept me well informed throughout the two sessions. The administration of the anaesthetic was the only time I felt anything - a slight scratch. I have had no complications nor any post procedure pain. The admin team were also excellent with booking , reminders, and general advice. Outstanding service, highly recommended. Thank you.

Fantastic dental clinic. Everything is very easy, straightforward and simple. The clinic itself is lovely, modern and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I had fixed braces for the best part of two years, and so Ive visited The Priestgate Clinic a fair few times over this time, and I honestly cant fault them on anything.

This is by far the best Dental Clinic I have ever attended. I was desperate to see my Dentist as I had had a large old filling at the back of my mouth pulled out by eating toffee.It was 5 oclock in the evening not to mention a Friday over Christmas week.I rang reception in the off chance that someone would be there and WOW reception answered.The lovely receptionist listened to my plight and rang me back straight away and informed me that although Catherine was gone home she was on her way back to see me! Catherine saw me and filled in my tooth permanently within the hour!I am so grateful to Catherine and her team for relieving my pain so quickly and efficiently .I will always recommend this practice as being very friendly ,efficient, clean and not to mention a pain free experience always due to the expertise of Catherine and the team.
