The Town House Dental Practice

Have been treated at this Dentists for years and have never had any cause to complain. All the staff are very friendly and know who you are when you walk in the door, which is lovely, being treated as a person and not a number. The treatment I have had over the years has been amazing and competitively priced. I have no wish or cause to find another dentist and will continue as a patient there for as long as I am able and as long as they will have me )

An excellent dental practice, first class treatment.

Treatment was excellent as always but the new computer system for providing medical details is too complicated---do you really need PIN sent to a phone and then a password? I really thought this was bureaucracy gone mad. Plus it didn't work properly and then the number of reminders sent felt quite harassing. The previous system was much better. I'd prefer you to focus on dentistry and not be spending money, which adds to patient costs, on absurdly over-the- top computer systems. 5 stars for the dental treatment and 0 for the dreadful new computer communication.

Possibly the best hygienist I have seen at the Town House Dental Practice. Excellent communication with detailed explanations of what she was going to do and what was going on in my mouth. Thorough and gentle when scaling teeth. Impressed.

Karen is an excellent caring Hygenist, I was given a very good gentle treatment with welcome detailed advice for home care. I would very highly recommend Karen. Update to the owner, thanks for your reply and I am pleased to discover that the loose rug has been removed from reception because I felt it presented a trip hazard.

Seen urgently and problem dealt with very efficiently . Friendly personal and professional staff. Only deducted one star as I was seen half an hour late for my appointment and I was billed the incorrect amount!

Reception staff are always helpful when arranging an appointment together with a welcoming reception on attendance. Appointments run to time and I have always had the most excellent clinical service. Thank you.

Usual professional service by regular experienced, helpful and welcoming staff. From receptionist to hygienist to dentist. They make you feel valued and cared for. Yes, you are paying for this service, but work done is reliable and assuring. Recommend.
