From the minute I walked in the lovely receptionist gave me a lovely welcome, feeling nervous I awaited to be called and then Martyn came and was so professional and knowledgeable I felt instantly at ease, talked me through everything and never rushed me, he had my tooth extracted within a few seconds, gave me info about aftercare, I was really nervous but with how great the staff were I would feel completely fine and nervous free next time, thank you all for making it a breeze

Recently had invisalign treatment at West coast dental. Rebecca and her team were fantastic from the start of the process to the end, and my teeth are now completely straight!! Superb service and would highly recommend invisalign at West Coast Dental to anyone who aren't happy with their current smile!!

If you've been thinking about Invisalign treatment you'll know first hand how many providers are around and how much it all costs. But what you don't know is the level of service and most importantly the level of care that you'll receive because that right there can't always be measured in a fee. I did my research. I enquired with a few dental practices. My search ended when I found West Coast Dental. From my first visit the staff set the standard making a huge impression on Me. The Girls on reception will always meet you with a smile, a friendly conversation and are on hand to help whevener you need them . Then there's Rebecca. From the get go, my journey was explained to me in great detail. I knew exactly what was expected of me. Having read all the forums regarding Invisalign (please take these with a pinch of salt) I had lots of questions. No question was ever left unanswered and I was always met with sincere honesty. A few weeks in, my nerves did set in and I reached out to Rebecca for reassurance and there she was. Ready and waiting to support me in my journey. At the end of my treatment, my main concern was black triangles but I understood was often a risk after realigning my teeth. Rebecca and the lovely Fran came to my rescue again and worked their magic using composite bonding. I am over the moon with my results and believe me I'm very much a perfectionist and I couldn't be happier. Rebecca and her team, in my opinion are the best in business. If like me, the process makes you a little nervous, pay Rebecca and her team a visit. You can thank me later.

I love this practice, they are such a great team. From the friendly, reassuring receptionists to the nurses and dentists everyone is person centred, respectful and kind. Such a lovely environment. Martin who treated me today was marvellous. Talked me through everything and did a thorough job. Highly recommend.

I have been with this practice for years and find it excellent. The reception staff are hardworking and always helpful . Any issues have been resolved speedily and in a most helpful manner. I feel the dentists really take an interest in looking after my teeth

Absolutely fantastic dental care team and receptionists. Can't recommend highly enough. I've also attended dental clinics in the US and I have to say this clinic is my number one choice for patient care and expertise. Laura the receptionist is SO helpful and efficient- nothing was too much trouble for her. Rita (dentist) and Sara (hygienist) are both A examples of what dental care should be like.
