Amazing dental practice. My wife and I have been patients at Nicola Taffe dental surgery for a long time,always well looked after by caring professional staff, hygienists and the dental surgeons.I look forward to going to the dentist every 3 months because I know my wife and I are going to be well looked after and going to get the very best treatment.

Im writing to express my sincere thanks to dr charlotte. I went to dr charlotte for a check up and a wisdom tooth extraction,for a heart operation i was having. I was apprehensive with going to the dentist,and pending heart surgery 2 weeks later. but dr charlotte was very friendly and highly professional,i would not use any other dentist in future. and would highly recommend dr charlotte. I would also say the same about the hygienist i seen milly,again friendly,professional. and caring.

After not visiting the dentist for a very long time, due to a phobia. I finally decided that I needed to go. From the moment I arrived all the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have since nearly completed my pain free treatment and no longer worry about going for my next appointment. I cannot thank Nicola and her staff enough for being so understanding and patient. I would highly recommend this dentist.

I must be a nightmare of a patient, I'm so scared of having treatments. the whole team was so empathetic and nice. Took time to answer my questions and concerns. Didn't feel rushed out the door. A genuine person centred approach. Even when I was sedated they were reassuring me and telling me what was happening. I feel like every dentist should be trained like this. Even their receptionists and dental nurses are empathetic and kind. You can tell that they all love their jobs and Genuinely care about helping people.

This afternoon I completed a treatment plan. I cant thank Nicola, Roxy, the dental nurses and reception staff enough.They are all so incredibly understanding and kind. I no longer fear dental visits in the way I always have in the past. Thank you so much to a brilliant team.

I've been attending this dental surgery for 25yrs and the service is outstanding, friendly staff, very professional and caring. I have a fear of dental work, and Nicola and the team work with me to ensure I feel safe, calm and relaxed. Always welcoming and straight straight forward! I used to be an anxious dentist-visitor, but Nicola and Jamie especially helped me get back into a good routine. The new online booking system makes it easy to book your check up, hygiene andor any further services you need and means you dont have to call to go through your whole calendar to get an appointment.

Have enjoyed many years of of outstanding care and professionalism from the whole team at the surgery.

My visit today was to have my bridge sorted, and as on every other visit for whatever reason, everyone was as always calm freindly and professional and everything was done in no time. So thank you everyone of you.

NicolaTaaffe and all her team are amazing. They understand and accommodate people's anxiety with great care. They are highly professional and yet warm and friendly.
