Willows Dental at Market Rasen

Popped in to ask for some advice on a gum problem. Saw a nice dentist who explained a few things and hopefully I will get the problem resolved. The staff were all very lovely which helped keep me at ease as I have a phobia of dentists

Had my first appointment today at Willows Dental and it exceeded expectations. The initial check up I received was very thorough and I even had Dr Jayesh talk me through the X-rays of my teeth and he give me an excellent explanation of everything he could see in the pictures and offered recommendations for the future. All staff were so polite and I can only give the highest recommendation to anyone seeking a dentist or a change of dentist. Many thanks Jayesh and the team.

Im SO impressed with both dentists at Willows in Market Rasen. Im so nervous of going to the dentist and Dr Vishal took so much time to help me feel as comfortable as possible, to reassure me, to take things at a pace I felt comfortable with, and to explain things clearly at every step. My son has an incredibly sensitive mouth and can struggle with the exam and the cleaning. Dr Sunil again took so much time with him, talking to him, explaining exactly what he was doing and why, thinking of ways to do things slightly differently so my son could cope with it more easily. Dr Sunil got further with cleaning my sons teeth than any other dentist before him. I highly recommend both dentists. The nurses are all lovely and supportive, and the receptionists are friendly and make you feel at ease.

Like most people going to the dentist is not my favourite thing but I have to say it was a positive experience. Even although I eventually needed a tooth out. Very professional yet very friendly and considerate of my concerns. Thank you.

It was my first time visiting Dr. Patel and he was brilliant. Im a very nervous patient and I was anxious about changing to a new dentist, but I left feeling like I was in very good hands. Dr. Patel was very thorough, very attentive, and talked me through his thoughts on my possible treatment and made me feel like my input was valued. I dont think Ill ever get over my fear of the dentist, but its a nice change to have a dentist that isnt dismissive about it. I highly recommend!

Very impressed with the service I received. I was a little concerned prior to my appointment as I knew the practice had been recently taken over. However, I didn't need to worry as Dr. Alex's high standards are clearly being maintained by the new dentist. Very friendly staff. I felt the treatment I was given was first class and have every confidence that my dental care will be to a high standard.
