Ythan Bridge Dental Centre

I was with ythan dentist For 35 years and I missed one appointment because they didnt give me appointments at the front desk after I paid my bill they sent it through an email and my phone So I went back down to get a paper copy of my appointments I thought my next appointment was February and I had missed one this month which was January. I even said to the girl at the desk so my next one is the 5th of February and she agreed she never corrected me and because I dont do emails and I was working The day I had the appointment I got text messages and emails which I dont do saying I missed my appointment so they got rid of me my whole family goes to this practice and its out with the old in with New .! Its absolutely disgusting

Very pleased with my new dentist, he is friendly and takes great care in checking all health aspects and giving advice on how to look after my teeth.

I'm very fortunate to have my dental care done at the Ythan bridge Dental Practice. Every member of the team, from receptionist(s), dental assistants my own dentist Elaine Murdoch, can only be rated 2010. When phoning or being phoned by the front of house team, they are very friendly, efficient accommodate you if your in need of emergency treatment. My dentist Elaine Murdoch, places you at ease explains any treatment require clearly when work is required, it's done to a very very high standard. The practice is immaculately clean once again run to to highest standards, that other practices could learn from. Many thanks for everything over the years. Douglas.

Good dentist but if you go private it's very expensive. Long wait for NHS appointments.

Friendly staff and happy with treatment

Great staff, efficient and friendly. However I had to wait well over a year for a root canal treatment. Im aware they are overwhelmed with NHS patients but I joined a new clinic in the centre of the city and got an appointment TWO days later. I think management has some work to do

money grabing scumbags that will let you be in pain do no work and just keep on booking you in for a checkup while claiming money for people and just not doing the work needed should be ashamed of them selfs and stuck off

Rude reception staff, not welcoming, girls chatting among themselves could care less. Dentist was more like a sales person trying to get more money out of you with expensive services. Scale and polish was done in 5 minutes and cost 75!! Won't be back, have deleted my account there.

Very professional dental practice and excellent service, make you at ease ,staff all very polite .

Treatment was good at short notice. Unfortunately having to wait seven months for follow up root canal treatment is upsetting.

Like lots of people I don't like to visit the dentist but unfortunately we have to, this practice always make you welcome and look after you very well I can fault them in anyway
