I attended the clinic for a pre assessment. The nurse was lovely and very informative, explaining in detail what would happen on the day of my surgery. I have been going to Zenith for several years and have found that recently you do not get the warm welcome you used to get, where the receptionists were very attentive and couldn't do enough for you. This now seems to be lacking, maybe on this occasion it was because my appointment was at 5 30 and they were ready to go home?

I had the pleasure of visiting Zenith Clinic for laser hair removal, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The clinic is incredibly professional, welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you're comfortable throughout the entire process. A special shoutout to Shaneeceshe is both lovely and highly professional, making the whole experience so much better. The results have been fantastic, and the machines they use are top-notch. After a disappointing experience elsewhere, Im so glad I found this clinic. I highly recommend Zenith Clinic to anyone looking for effective and reliable treatments!

Used to love going to this place for my tattoo laser removal sessions with Debbie before however she left the practice from what I'm assuming! My previous session was with Dr Maini as they informed me that I was going to be placed with someone different (I wish I asked why but i'm guessing it's because Debbie no longer worked there). My experience with Dr Maini was extremely horrible.. He didn't make me feel comfortable at all unlike Debbie. During the appointment, I would be shaking and crying and I would ask him to give me breaks but he wouldn't stop and he kept going! It was truly traumatic!! Whenever I told him to stop he would keep going and then say "just a bit more" he seemed very pushy and just wanted to get the session done as fast as possible. Very unproffessional and poor customer service! I left the clicnic crying on my way home because of how distraught I was. I then called up the clicnic the day after my treatment and complained about him to the receptionist and they were apologetic and informed me that the clinic manager would call me after their holiday to discuss this with me and I asked them to never book me with him ever again. Days.. weeks.. passed by and I never received a call from the manager. I will definitely not be back here to book with anyone else as they've broken my trust and caused me trauma. Disappointing as my tattoo laser removal results were amazing however the customer service is so appalling that I will not be returning.

Ive been receiving treatments from Dr Maini the team for a while now - Its over 6 months since I 1st visited, so Ive just had my appointment for botox filler. My requests are always listened to Im very happy with the suggestions recommendations i am given before carrying out treatments. Im 58 now, so I like how the treatments make me look fresher more awake. Im addition to this I have some facial scarring from being born with a cleft lip - Dr Maini has worked a miracle with the scarring on my top lip evened it out in a really natural way) Im very happy with the outcome - its noticeably improved, yet very subtle. My advice if you are thinking of any sort of facial rejuvenation or other procedure is to focus less on the treatments (botox, filler etc) more on the outcome you want. Dr Maini has made recommendations to me this way using botox various fillers I would never have thought of. I feel Im in very safe hands here - its a really professional environment the team are all really committed to caring for you throughout. Just had further micro filler injections to the cleft scars on my top lip - Im very happy with the outcome )

I love going to zenith I had a face peel and also bought there skin care products have booked in for the package of skin peel as there is 20 of until the end of December. I would definitely recommend zenith to everyone the staff are amazing

Ive been here a few times for skincare peels. Im satisfied with the results so far. Shaneece has been amazing and helped improved my skin a lot. The whole team are professional, friendly and kind people. Having also been for a cosmetic consultation, if youre unsure about needing any cosmetic work done, then I would highly recommend Dr Maini. He doesnt attempt to profit from your uncertainty. He will be straight and give you his honest advice without solely agreeing with everything you say.

I went for a consultation for having a pilar cyst removed from my head. The consultant, Dr Dinesh Maini, was very professional and friendly and really put you at ease. He had time to do the procedure straight away. The operation was done hygienically and thoughtfully, with a little added humour again putting me at ease. He explained the aftercare in detail and I was given antibiotic to take for the next few days to avoid any infection. I am booked to have stiches removed and then again for a follow up consultation in 3 month. So far I highly recommend Zenith and Dr Maini, and am considering further treatment here.

My experience at the Nottingham clinic is limited to only having a blood test. But based on my unsatisfactory visit I will not be returning. There were issues actually taking my sample and issues concerning protocol. Very disappointing as I expected better.

I have been coming to Zenith clinics for the past 2 years and had treatments for keloids on my ears. The team at Zenith clinics are amazing and always welcoming. I would highly recommend!
