Absolute Dental - Cheyenne

The fact we had to wait 50 minutes to be seen was unacceptable but the dentist was good his assistant who was scrapping my daughters teeth was rough.

Love Dr Prada and staff is very friendly.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Was happy to meet Dr Lee. I am confident my dental needs will be addressed by Absolute Dental

Absolute Dental has a F on BBB and this is why..... Children's side is awesome and great. Took my kids there for the last 15 years. Never a problem.. Now to the adult side.. What a horrible location on EVERY level!!! 3 doctors and 2 office managers later in a matter of 90 days. When I tell you the level of incompetence and the unprofessional attitude is ridiculous, I would be grossly Under exaggerating.. Came in 3 months ago to get my teeth done. The office manager was dishonest and unprofessional. Lied when their was no reason to lie...Tried tricking me into having work done that didn't need to be done (twice) teeth cleaning 500 (umm my teeth are being pulled for implants) oh you still need them cleaned before we take them out...Not 1 dentists I called agreed with that statement..NOT ONE!!! 2nd visit Office manager was rude and basically told me she didn't have time for me. Fast forward another 30 days.. New doctor AGAIN and now a new office manager. (Nothing changed) literally nothing changed EXCEPT now they only gave me 1 temporary top arch. (Blamed the people who made them) told me to come back in 2 weeks for the bottom. Came in 2 weeks later and the new office manager told me they were at a different office and come back next week and they will have it fixed.. NOPE another bold face lie!! So I come back again and they tell me they have to start all over and make new molds and X rays... lol At that time it's been close to 10 weeks of excuses and lies. I don't mean like white lies I'm talking about the office manager said ( Quote) I SWEAR TO GOD IM TELLING YOU THE TRUTH...Then proceeded to tell me they have both upper and lower arch in the back but won't give them to me because the insurance company won't pay them until they are put in my mouth... ummm you gave me the 1 upper arch 1 months ago when you said the lab made a mistake making them...(unreal) So I responded okay so let's schedule the oral surgery and finish this nightmare. The office manager at that time said there is only 1 oral surgeon in town and it will be another 4-6 weeks till they can see me..(BS) At that point I was so done with the whole situation. I told her I do not want to do business with absolute dental anymore. You've already used all my benefits on my insurance so I can't go to another dentist, and now you're telling me I have to wait another 4-6 weeks until this is done. And she said again, I swear to god, i'm telling you the truth this time... This time you're telling the truth, I asked and she said, yes, I swear to god.I'm telling you the truth this time... I told her how could anyone belive a word you are saying when I can't even get corporate to call me or anyone at that location to call back. When you call Absolute Dentals Corporate office you get a call center out of the country and they offer no help because they don't have a clue what to do. In 12 weeks NOT ONE person from Corporate ever returned one phone call or email... I was done I called up my insurance company and filed the grievance and a dispute... Even my new dentists front desk manager said she pulled her own mother from that company because of their incompetence and blatant dishonest business practices... I have filed a formal complaint with BBB and the Dental Board... BEWARE, you have been warned not to go see these incompetent people... They left me in pain and at 1 point even told me the other 2 doctors that worked for them were idiots that handled my case. Then turn around and do the same thing... exactly the same thing. Who runs Absolute Dental?... You should be fired. You suck at your job, and the staff (you) hired Suck at their job... seriously unbelievable Just my Single dad's opinion that's lived in Vegas for 50 years.. I'm so upset that I let them take advantage of me...

Dr Lee was very professional courteous! Her assistant (I don't recall her name) was also really helpful

Excellent experience, minus a shot but the service and treatment was amazing and its hard to find with dental after 4 different doctors

Dr Prada is absolutely amazing! She will make you and your child feel comfortable and like family. Not only that but everyone in the surgery center were so nice. We appreciate all of you!

My son just absolutely loves this dentist OFFICE, theyre so patient and understanding when he is nervous they calm him and he loves to get treasure box at the end of his visit.

First time going to this dentist I am so happy actually cant wait to come back ) Great dentist with amazing patient service support. Christine Paula (sorry if I got your names wrong) were absolutely incredible knowledgeable!

I went to one location and was sent out by them to another one who does oral surgery to pull a tooth. That did not need pulling.. No one shared that it would be a few for a consultation. Because I was sent over to the.to pull a tooth. They don't give information and expect to charge someone and try to charge your insurance. I don't recommend Absolute Dental to anyone. They are an absolute rip off!!!

I was able to get an appointment scheduled during the Christmas holidays right away due to tooth pain. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The x-ray technician was also very friendly. I did have to return the next day for my tooth extraction because the dentist was concerned that her schedule would make me have to wait too long, but I was the first patient the following morning, and she was very prompt, gentle and careful about pulling my bad tooth.

I Absolutely Love bringing my son to the Dentist. She is kind, thoughtful, and patient. I would definitely recommend.

I want to thank you for all the Care and comfort that everyone showed me while I was there I truly appreciate everything you did for me and thank you for putting me asleep and making me feel wonderful when I wake up I hope we don't have to do it again but if we do it will be my pleasure thank you and happy holidays

This was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. She worked very hard to make sure that I wouldnt have any problems later.

This office is chaotic. You have people running around there is no calm nature . One of the receptionist is yelling half the time.

It was over booked. Got texts to be there at eleven for my visit. After charging me for a visit I waited almost two hours. People coming in after me were being seen and I was still waiting. Being told the doctor would be in shortly she was still with another patient. I asked for my money back because after almost two hours of waiting I was leaving. They did give me my money back. And then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to rebook. Naturally I did not.

My appointment was at 11 and I wasn't called in until 1150, before hand on my patient forms and phone call I made them aware of my condition and it wasn't until I sat in the chair after waiting 50 mins to be seen that I was told I needed a letter of clearance from my doctor, I was beyond pissed a complete waste of my time.
