Absolute Dental - Fort Apache

Billing department isn't competent enough to reach out to insurance and request a lost check reissue. For over 6 months they've sent me statements for claims my insurance shows approved and paid but uncashed. Only Absolute Dental can request the reissue to insurance. I continue to call Absolute but when they do answer they don't actually get the issue resolved.

Absolute dental Fort Apache is a terrible place. I had an infection and swelling on the right side of my face I made an appointment under the condition that the problem would be dealt with that day. What happened I got x rays and a consultantion with an estimate of all work needed. Yes there were 2 teeth on the right side with the swelling that needed to be pulled but the dentist would not do it. I would have to go to an oral surgeon at another location their office doesn't even do the appointment for me. I made one by phone still took 4 days. The appointment is on Eastern ave a 70 mile drive from my house once there they say I get a consultation but maybe the work won't be done for 139.00. I say no guarantee of work no money they agreed to do the work .I have the consultation 3 hours later I'm still sitting in a dentist chair with no work done. I was told the oral surgeon was too busy I had already paid 1050.00 for the procedure and said I'm not leaving till the teeth are pulled so I'm told there's another oral surgeon in the building . She was actually a dentist and did remove the teeth but bruised my lip badly and damaged two other teeth .The total cost to remove 2 teeth 1314.00. This is a bad company they are not concerned with the patient's wellfare or skilled enough to correctly do dental procedures. There is no communication between different offices . The Fort Apache office set me up for this situation . SHAME ON THEM.

Dr Vernon and his assistant did a wonderful job . Had a cavity treated and didn't feel a thing. Receptionist was also very helpful and pleasant.

Overall this place has been a horrible experience. One visit, they lostdid not receive a check from my insurance. My insurance confirmed the check was sent but never cashed, and the dental office needs to recontact them to issue a new check. It has been 3 months since I reported this information to Absolute Dental's customer service and billing departments. There is still no resolution, and I have received multiple threats of being sent to collections by Absolute since then. Another visit, my insurance covered, but Absolute Dental overcharged me on the day of the visit, totalling about 150 of overpayment on my part. Nearly impossible to get a hold of their customer service, and when you do, there isn't anything they can do about it. The dental work was fine, but the headache of dealing with their billing "practices" is not worth it. I will be looking for another dentist in the future. I only used this place because they took over the location from my previous dentist Advanced Dentistry, I had no problems prior to Absolute Dental taking over, and it has only been problems since.

I went yesterday. The entire staff is so nice and friendly. The dentist listened to my concerns and made sure that I was ok throughout the process.

It was my first time experience in Absolute dental, I am so happy with my cleaning result and the whole process, Thank you !

Absolute dental was the absolute worst they lie about taking Aetna insurance then send you the whole bill later after the procedure then try to scam you

The dentist, hygienist and team were so nice and made me feel very comfortable as I am deathly terrified of the dentist. I received a deep cleaning and a cavity filing. The dentist was very fast when filing. I always feel welcomed as soon as I enter the establishment! Thank you guys for being so friendly to me and my fiancé.

This is my first time at the Ft Apache location. I used to go the lake mead and jones location for my teeth cleaning and dental exams, but after being here for the first time, I'm sure that I like this location more than my old one. The inside of this location was decorated differently than other locations that made it feel more warm and welcoming. The wall paint and lighting didnt make me feel like I was in a doctors office like other locations. Aside from the aesthetics of this location, the service and hospitality of the employees here really made my experience an exceptional one. The front desk lady (I think her name was sandra?) Was very professional and polite when checking me in. Miguel did my teeth cleaning and Dr. Vernom did my dental exam. Dr. Vernom is very polite and gentle when examing my teeth and overall was very friendly and answered all my questions. I prefer this dentist over my old one because my old one was not as polite and always seemed angry doing his job so having Vernom as my new dentist makes me look forward to future appointments. Miguel was EXTREMELY informative and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way during the cleaning. He really seemed to enjoy his job and was very attentive. I learned a few new things from him when it came to flossing and some interesting facts I didnt know before about teeth staining and dental health. The results from my cleaning were excellent and I would recommend this location to anyone just based off of service alone. Thank you to the whole team from the front desk, to the dentist, and the hygienist that made my first experience at this location a great one!

First impression , very pleasant and calming waiting area. The receptionist at the front desk was warm, approachable, and assisted me effectively with my patient forms via phone even with their system having technical difficulties . Based on my experience here, I would recommend this location, especially since my previous visit to another location was less satisfactory, thanks again Sandra.
