Had two appointments with this doctor and the first one a family emergency occurred and the second my insurance was incorrect coverage that didnt cover anyone in our area. My employer had it corrected and when I could make a third appointment I was told that the doctor would not see me. So if you have life happen and have no control of it dont book appointment with this doctor horrible customer service the worst ever.

Dr. Crew is simply the best in town! He's very nice and always able to treat at a moment's notice.

Best Flippin Dentist ever!! Had to get a big ass top molar pulled..and my jaw does NOT like giving out teeth..Just when I started to panic he backed off just a bit..talked to me..and his dental tech started giving me encouragement...and BAM!!! He yanked that sucker right out..Took a whole ten minutes of pulling...So Impressed...And it feels great....Thank you so much guys..Receptionist too!!!! cause I was late and she called to remind me....Yeowzaa!!!

Such a bad experience all around. Would never recommend.

I am not sure what happened today. I was scheduled for a cleaning, but when I got to the office, I was told the hygienist had quit and the office tried to call me. Somehow the wrong phone number was on my files, even though up until now I have always gotten text messages or phone calls. Someone messed up. I drive into town only to drive back home again. I hope you hire someone soon since I have regular appointments every three months.

I have been complaining of teeth pain issues since I first started seeing the dentist. My teeth are crowding and need help. The hygienist and the receptionist Isabella are amazing. everyone is very nice. However, Ive been trying to get Invisalign since January. Ive made a plan and started the work to get it done. However, twice Ive gone to the dentist after making an appointment and having to wait three weeks to get in. Just for the dentist to send me to the specialist after I told them I had already been there. And the other time they scheduled the wrong cleaning. I have had my scan and need to re scan for Invisalign. Ive waited for three months to get the Invisalign and after seeing the specialist who sent me back to the dentist to do the work. It has been a hassle to even get a hold of the dentist to find out if he can do it or if i need to go somewhere else. I keep getting an automated text but cant get a hold of the dentist or to know if I can even get the work done. Its been a huge hassle trying to get the proper work done. At this point I feel like Dr David is very busy and was very dismissive. I now have a cracked tooth due to the crowding and it taking so long to get it done. And now Im looking for a new dentist that can help. As Im still waiting to hear back from the dentist. And it already takes a month just to start the process. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and service from the Dentist.

Dr. David M White and staff was the best decision I made when looking for a dentist. I never thought I would be looking forward to any dental appointment ever. A special thank you to Tiffany. From the moment I step in the office I feel that I am in the best hands. I cant say enough good things about her. Thank you.

Staff and the dentist were very friendly. We thought we were having a new patient exam AND cleanings done However we were told they don't do those during the same appointment and we would have to schedule a 2nd appointment for the cleaning....very frustrating and inconvenient. Debating on whether to continue as a patient or find another dentist. I'm changing my review to 1 star. Their billing is not timely. It's been 2 years since I was seen here and just got a statement in the mail that I owe money. If I were an insurance and they waited 2 years to bill it would have to be written off for timely filing. This should apply to patients as well. So glad we found another dentist and office to go to.

I have been going to Dr. White's dental office for 2 years now. Fortunately, insurance covers 3 cleanings a year. Tiffany is the best hygenist and is a great right-hand person for Dr. White. I never have to wait beyond my appointment time. The staff are so nice and competent. I actually enjoy going to the dentist office)

Relocating for work is difficult enough. Finding a new dentist is not my favorite thing to do. When I met Dr. White, right away he made a very professional and personable impression. After my first appointment I knew I found my new dentist. That was 4 years ago. Dr. White and his staff is simply fantastic. Tiffany is amazing!
