This office is fine as far as the dental work. There business practice is no different than the other dentists in town. They provide a quote, you agree to the quote, and then they provide the service. You might find that your insurance didn't cover as much as they Bella said they would. You now have to come out of pocket with more money. Here's what they don't tell you They can pre-authorize the services, to see what will be covered. Avoiding a surprise weeks later when they send you a text asking for more money. Businesses that want to avoid asking their patients for more money would do well to pre-auth the charges. But they wont do that. The front office also doesn't like to be asked about this. Very short, condescending, and cold. The lesson here, pre-auth your estimate before they do the work. Bella is in the business of making money off services. They are not really concerned if your insurance will actually cover it. They tell you only what's necessary to get you to agree to the quote - even if it's unverified or inaccurate. Shady business? borderline. Could they do better by there customer, but perhaps lose some revenue, yes. But that wont happen. beware.

My entire family and myself have been going to Bella Smile for quite a few years now, and we are all very happy with that dental place! I had myself gone through lots of dental work bridge and crowns replacements, feelings done, and Im very happy with the results. My son had Invisalign done and he has a very beautiful smile now. The all staff is very professional, friendly, courteous! From the office to the exam room, great experience every time! I highly recommend Bella Smile!
