November 4, 2024 I had an appointment go see Dr Baez as I had lost a front tooth filling. I'm a regular patient there. It was a no pain, one appointment procedure. She x-rayed the tooth, produced a filling that matches my tooth color perfectly. And I was out the door. I highly recommend this office. They are pleasant, efficient and take insurance. You won't be disappointed.

The wait time was 1 hour after the appointment.

Baez did an excellent job, teeth cleaning with no pain and only occasional discomfort.

The gentleman who did the cleaning was very pleasant and then I met the doctor and she was great.I have no complaint

I have been coming to this location for dental work for a decade. The transition to the new dentist has been smooth. I appreciate the care that Fabrizio, a hygienist, has with his patients. Going to the dentist can be a daunting experience but Fabrizio eases the anxiety. His mannerism and prep for each patient makes you feel like you are in 1st class on an airplane.

Overcharges....wanted over 2k for a partial for teeth number 3 and 14 only insurance pays out about 350 for the same partial could only get them down to 900. Paid cash. Girls at front desk are so sweet cannot control the back of the house tho. The desk girls promised that no matter what, I would leave there with a partial that I was happy with. Some cooky girl was taking my impression - the ripped the roof of my mouth and scraped it raw- I protested she said it was bc I wasent opening my moth wide enough I said that's as wide as it opens. She continued to argue and be rude and started shaking...I thought she was was going loose it- I asked for someone else who was very nice. Finally we get to the point of receiving the partial back from the lab it hurt so badly I cried- after an hour of tweaking w the dremel- no improvement. It was just too small. Big gap on the roof and so painful. Was told to go home and try it for a month but couldn't wear it for very long at all. Went back was told it's fine by the dentist. But it wasn't. She refused to get another one made- which I was told by the desk girls that even if they have to start by redoing an impression and remaking them- they would. Nope the dentist obviously was done w me at a certain point and I was sent away. I had to modify it myself by cutting it in half bc it was too small. This helped a lot but still uncomfortable and there's no way I can eat w it. Which was the whole point of getting it. So good luck if u trust that you will get what you pay for here. Only 900 u say - well that's a lot of money to me. I worked in a dental lab for years...I know all about this stuff. I costs the lab almost nothing to remake my partial...the dentist just checks it so not much time out of her pay. Not happy at all w what I paid for. Not much more to say. I keep trying to wear them off and on...but just not working for me at all. Good luck to you
