CaliDental Seaside

My first visit, was fantastic. I have been to 4 dentists in the last few years, and none of them helped me with a comprehensive plan. Calidental Seaside did, in the first visit. Very good vibes, and I feel relieved to know what to do , to fix problems, and get back a full set of teeth. Thanks to the Staff . David Stowell

Everyone was excellent!

Very friendly staff, I was explained everything about my treatment and payment plan.

They are good.

Dentist was great. Really hard to get a timely appointment, usually 2-3 months out. I lucked out due to a cancellation and got right in.

The dentist and the dental assistant was just amazing and very thorough. They both explained step by step what they were going to do.

I am not happy. I filled my teeth in the morning and right now it is clear.

I have a fear of the Denist and the Denist assistant (Imelda) carefully explain everything thong yo me putting me at ease.The Denist listen to all my concerns and gave me all my opinions. I will be returning to then for all my work.

Excellent service, have to say I had really bad experience before with a different place , but here in CaliDental they provide a fast and very friendly service, waiting times are short , friendly service they make you feel as a family , and they help you with all the questions you have ,they are very helpful,I highly recommend calidental if you want get an excellent service.

I have changed my review from 5 stars to 1 only because 0 is not an option. My biggest issue is with whomever is in charge of obtaining approvals from insurance. Ive read thru all the reviews and there seems to be a common theme in a lot of the complaints. The front desk and nurses are all kind enough. The 1st dentist was ok but not big on explaining in detail what your options are or what exactly is taking place when he is working on you. The last guy I seen was great. He was very informative, explained everything that was going on as bests he could. The problem is he relies on whoever is pushing the paperwork thru. Someone supposedly sent in a request for approval of services to my insurance. This was close to 3wks ago. As it is, once approval is received, I have to wait for CaliDental to call me with an app. Once I get my app. I will still have to wait somewhere between 3 to 4 wks for my top full and bottom partial. I called my insurance last wk they never received a request. (This automatically adds on no less than 4-6 wks for my work to be done) I have been without most of my teeth since July. It is now the end of November. My insurance Saids once they receive a request it takes no more than 5to 7 days for a approval. When I called CaliDental just now, I was told it takes 4 to sixs WEEKS!! If that is the case (I will be calling everyday,) then they have just added no less then 2 more months. That would mean the end of January and thats if I get an app for the day they call me with my approval. In the beginning I was told it would all take no more than 3 months. This has already been extremely difficult to deal with but with this added time frame its unacceptable. Someone is not doing their job and needs to be held accountable! Had I not decided to call my insurance myself who knows how long it would of taken for me to find out or when someone would of realized something needed to be done. I've only just had my first visit. I was extremely on edge given all the negative experiences I've had. Everyone was kind to me and made me feel comfortable. That is such a big deal to me. Had it not been for so many bad experiences, I wouldnt be in such bad shape now. I've had dentists offices that I've left crying so hard from, I could barely speak after. So, so far so good. That being said I won't have any actual work done till my next visit. I will post again when the work is done to update if there's any changes on how my rating!

Consultation was great and everything was explained clearly. The staff is very welcoming and was able to answer all my questions. I am happy that Ive found a dentist I like.
