Edit they responded in a passive aggressive way. They blamed me for not explaining my condition and apologized for my "frustration". Thankfully I found another dentist that actually cares about people who handled my complication from your surgery because you were not willing to help me for a week while I was experiencing a constant level 7 - 9 of pain due to your error. This office does not care about people. I am having complications with my wisdom tooth extraction here. The extraction site is growing into my tongue causing constant pain, shortness of breath, inability to eat, and difficulty sleeping. The Doctor will not see me. The front desk staff is dismissive telling me that I am just "uncomfortable". If you want empathy and compassion and for someone to care about you do not come here.

Dr. Moody and his staff were the best! They were able to get me in the same day and into surgery the following day. His staff was so lovely to work with! Everyone was very kind, helpful, and genuinely tried their best to make sure my experience was great and that I was comfortable. Kim was especially helpful getting me into surgery the next day, letting me barrow a charger, and answering all of my questions. I also appreciated how quick everything was. I checked in and did not have any wait time before I was called in the back. The X-ray process was seamless and Dr. Moody was in to see me quickly after to go over my treatment options. I am so thankful I was able to find them to help with my wisdom teeth!

Finding a doctor who truly cares is rare, and Dr. Folk is one of those exceptional people. Im beyond thankful for his expertise, but even more so for his willingness to drop everything on Christmas Eve to help me. His dedication to his patients is truly unmatched. Im so grateful to have found him and would recommend him to anyone in need of top-notch care.

Living with Sjögrens syndrome can sometimes be a nuisance. You have dry eyes and then theres the dry mouth and a plethora of dental visits. Getting an implant is not a new experience for me, but the experience with Dr.Moody most definitely was. I say that in the most positive way. Dr.Moody is not only a great oral surgeon but also a people person. Warm smile and easy to talk to. Most of my dental anxiety comes from all the heavy handed dentist. Dr.Moody is very light handed and he checked in with me a lot to make sure I was comfortable. Talked me through everything he was doing His team was great as well! Every surgeondentist needs a great assistant. He most definitely has that. Everything ran smooth I am really happy and appreciative! Now with all the pros there is a con. A lot of back and forth with the ladies who handle the billing. I know its difficult working with insurance companies but its important to keep your patients in the loop. Not a lot of clarity on that. Its still a 5 star for me and highly recommended

I took my son there for a wisdom teeth removal consultation. We were told they need a Dr. release and once they received that we would get a call and the surgery would be scheduled. I made sure they received the release. Then I called three different times, talked to am employee and had to leave a message for the Dr. I never received a call back. We have since gone somewhere else. I will never do business with Canyon oral and facial surgery.

I was super impressed from the start when I receive a link that takes you to a video to share exactly what to expect. Then then you fill out everything online, which is so much much easier. So when you arrive, you just wait to see the doctor. Everyone was so nice. The place was so clean. I am scheduled for my surgery so Ill let you know how it goes after that.

I have always been afraid of dental surgery. This team is AWESOME! They make you feel comfortable and secure. Dr. Moody and Dr. Faulk are both fantastic! You absolutely can not go wrong having oral surgery here. It has always been painless or with minimum discomfort. Wonderful bed side manner. Also let's not forget the front of house team, they arw friendly and helpful. I really recommend Canyon oral and facial surgery. I just can't express enough of how much I love this team!!!!

Despite their advice, I did my due diligence and consulted with at least four other oral surgeons in town. None of them made me feel as comfortable as Dr. Moody and the team at Canyon Dental. Got my wisdom teeth removed today! The experience has been great, the staff and doctor make me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. Its now evening after the procedure and Im feeling very good, better than I expected. Great job guys!!

My daughter was referred to Dr. Falk regarding a fluid filled sack on her palate. Our periodontist loves this office and now I know why. He and the staff were wonderful. They made sure they got the proper imaging done to rule out anything serious and explained everything to us. Professional and kind. I would highly recommend.

Took my daughter in for wisdom teeth removal. They were on time and very friendly. The office is beautiful. They answered all my questions and made sure of there were any further questions I had a contact number. Will definitely take my other kids back here when they have to have their teeth removed.

Dr. Falk is an exceptional oral surgeon. Not only does he have a great personality but great skills as well. He extracted my tooth today and it was a great experience as far as extractions go. His numbing was perfect and even though it was difficult tooth to remove he made me comfortable the whole time. Thank you Dr Falk highly recommend their office!
