I had dental work done today. Everything was great. No surprises. Dr Hall and his staff were friendly and professional. It was a good experience on every dimension and getting a crown done in one visit is the best!

The dentist could be a scary time for a lot of people, and kindness goes a long way during this time. The staff were kind and caring to my needs, and talking me though the whole process. Thank Gail for your guidance, I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

Dr Hall and his staff have been amazing over the years working to fit everyone in from my family ( who needs lots of dental work!). And Dr Hall is great, caring and a very good dentist. I highly recommend Central OR Dental.

I actually waited eight months for an appointment. I called prior to making an appointment to make sure they took my insurance. They assured me they did. I had to reschedule and was reappointed four months out. When I finally arrived at my appointment, I was told that they no longer take my insurance. They made some changes a few months ago and no longer take my insurance. Poor communication with patients

The most difficult and offensive office manager Ive ever come across! I gave this office a chance after my wife had her own horrible experience with the office manager, but now even I wont go back. I rarely had the same hygienist twice over 4 years and am realizing why they cant keep employees. Then it got worse and they started canceling my appointments due to lack of hygienists. When the office manager called me to cancel this time, she said, No hygienists actually want to work because they all marry doctors and quit. I was pretty shocked at this generalization. I never had a problem with the dental care and wish Dr. Hall luck. But he has some big housekeeping to do.

After waiting more than two months for my appointment to clean my teeth, they call me in the morning of the appointment as they haven't gotten my records or xrays from my previous dentist. They had two months to get these records but waited for the day of the appointment to follow up on them. They asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment or possibly pay out of pocket for the required xrays. I asked if they had called my insurance (they had all the information since the appointment was made.) They had not but said they would at that point. At my appointment the hygienist advised of the xrays and depending on what they showed, she may not do the cleaning today. I told her I was frustrated as the cleaning was the express reason I made the appointment and no one has told me that it was a possibility that the cleaning wouldn't hapown today. I told her what happened this morning. I confirmed that if we did the xrays and she did not do the cleaning, that they were transferable. Did she apologize for the misunderstanding or poor communication? Nope. She said that the xrays were transferable, but as we got off on the wrong foot, she was not willing to do the cleaning regardless. I asked if she was canceling my appointment and she said no that was up to me but she made it clear she would not do the cleaning. It seems from the call this morning, through speaking with the hygienist, their goal was to get me cancel my appointment. To be honest, I left there very angry and feeling scammed. I am convinced they are going to try to bill either my insurance company or myself for am appointment they refused to complete. If it were possible I would give them zero stars.

Dr. Halls attention to detail and work ethic are both exemplary At no charge to me, he meticulously perfected a crown placement for me. He could have very easily placed a crown that was acceptable, but not perfect, in alignment with my tooth to save himself time and money, and I feel many dentists would have done this, and I would have been none the wiser Instead, he decided to work through his lunch hour to create the perfect fit for me, to ensure the lowest risk of long-term complications from the procedure as possible. He holds himself and his work to a very high standard, and it is quite apparent as his patient. Thank you, Dr. Hall!

Thank you guys for getting back to me when you had a cancellation and for your wonderful hygienist friendly and kindness making sure I felt comfortable and understanding everything!!

When I had some work done the dentist left for 20min in the middle of a drilling operation with no explanation. The dentist speaks in codes to the hygienist, and did not say anything, not one word to me. There was no explaination of what was found, and when asked I got a very confusing rendition of it. The staff are always trying to sell you something new, and it feels like a impersonal factory where no one really takes the time to talk to each other

The Hygienist was very thorough.Explained the different problems and showed me some good pictures.Advised me on how to better care for my teeth and gums.Very good .Called me when there was a cancellation.

Dr Hall and Teresa have always been very considerate of my anxiety with dental procedures. They listen, offer options, and genuinely care about my experience.

Kaitlyn (sp?) Did a great job, dental hygienist. Attentive, thorough, explained things well. Very happy she joined the team!!
