Staff is great and very polite! Dr really took the time and listened to my concerns. Explained every step thoroughly. I would highly recommend. They are the best!

This place is truly an amazing dentist office . They were so great with my nonverbal autistic son. For the first time in a long line of dentist office we found someone that truly got out sons needs . He had his first cleaning ever. When other offices said it couldnt be done . They did it ! I truly recommend this office . My daughter also started treatment here. They are great with both of my children .

This place was very nice!! My daughter loved it staff was great and the inside was very clean and tidy. Dr.Mar and the assistant cece were very sweet and friendly made my daughter feel comfortable!! I highly recommend this place!!

We have been coming here since my oldest was about 3. So roughly 18 years. Have always had a great experience. I have recommended them to family, friends, even strangers. This year they have plummeted horribly. Our last visit in June I was told when I checked in that they got a new system and had to enter our 6 kids information in so l was like okay. Things happen. We waited an hour. I got up she said they were just starting to put our information in and that it would be at least another hour to be seen. We had already waited an hour. Now we had to leave cause we had other things to do that day. So in the end we were asked if I wanted to reschedule I declined cause I didn't know our schedule. Fast forward a week I schedule new appointments when my oldest daughter is home from college that would be today Jan 2 at 410pm. We walk in I sign the kids in, we wait about 15 min to be called up. She asked if I had an appointment I said yes you called to confirm on Monday for today. Showed her my phone. She said well you never confirmed so we canceled your appointments (5 of my 6 kids) and all the drs. left at 330. Like is this a joke? If I didn't cancel I'm showing up. I can't even believe this. Even last time I told the lady our insurance hasn't changed can you just see them while your doing the paperwork stuff. Like seriously 18 years of service and you can't even see us. Then you cancel our appointments. Unreal. Sad part is Dr. Carla is great with kids and I really like her and the staff but these new people up at the front desk have no customer service skills. 6 kids and my youngest is only 7 could have had many more years of service.

Had a great time at the dentist it was quick efficient and fun. Katie impressed us with her friendly demeanor and CeCe was amazing and patient with our kiddo. 5 star treatment best visit ever and we have been coming for 7 years!

Dr Ochoa and Cece are the dream team. I am ever grateful of Cece's kindness and patience! Dr Ochoa offered knowledgeable experienced care to my child. Thank you Childrens Dental Care and Orthodontics!

Weve only brought our daughter in twice now, but they have done absolutely amazing at calming her! Shes 3 and the dentist is the scariest place at the moment but she was so at ease getting her teeth brushed and flossed, by Ebony (I hope I am not getting her name wrong). She was so calm with our daughter and it was such a positive experience overall for her! I appreciate the staff so much!!!

Elena and Dr Kate were so awesome. My son is autistic and Elena was super patient and comforting to him. She was also very efficient and quick with her work. Thank you again for such an awesome experience.

My kids had an appointment for this morning. They started throwing up in the middle of the night around 2 am so I called and cancelled their appointment(mind you they had an appointment slot for the same exact time 940 am) my oldest son has epilepsy and bc he was throwing up too I wasnt going to chance bringing him to the dentist when he could have a seizure from not holding down his medicine. A desk clerk called me at 10am asking me where the kids were (apparently they dont listen to their voicemails) I explained they started throwing up so I had to leave a message and cancelled their appointments. She was so rude and said oh well now since you cancelled itll be a 50 fee per child I asked why and said I never gotten a paper saying it was 50 but did previously have one for 35 she said its because theres a waitlist and other kids need to be seen and now miss out on it. I said well they were throwing up should I have just brought them in and gotten everyone sick and risked my child to have a seizure in public. She said yes they would want you to STILL bring in your sick kids. She said they send you a text that says the 50 fee too which is a lie it just says you need to cancel 24 hours prior. I asked her if she can try and get it waived since this is the first this happened in the few years we have gone here. She stated no they wont do that. So I hung up. Already have a new dentist now but just need to warn you all to stay away from this place. A few hours later I got a call again to reschedule their appointments. I told the girl they had an appointment but we cancelled since they were throwing up. She said oh Ill notate the account then hung up on me. So they dont know how to notate patient profiles either. Dont even waste your time here. They arent worth it.

This Dental Location is top Tier. Dr Mar was amazing with my little ones first dentist visit.She is only 1 year old and made her feel so welcomed and calming her down by singing her ABCs. The hospitality was hands down the best and Im so happy I found this place.

My grandson had x-rays, cleaning and floride. It was determined he had a cavity and for our convenience, it was filled that same day. Children's Dental Care always goes the extra mile for it's patients. We always appreciate everything they do.

I give five starts for service . My daughter had 4 fillings and they made it a smooth comfortable experience for her . The dentist talked to me during her procedure and they interacted with my daughter to keep her focused . Amazing service
