Last year was excelent. Nancy is so profesional and such a nice person. But Looks to be things are changing in this place for bad. I called for a new appoitment and a new girl, told me that should pay 40 dollares for somethimg from the last year, that she was not able to explain what was this for. Im pretty Sure I had nothing pending to be payed. The Next day I called to cancel the appoitment and this same girl told me that I should pay 50 dollars extra for cancelling. And now they are saying that I should pay 90 dollars. I used to pay more than a thousand everytime I went, plz check this Info , the because I loved the way they used to work. But Seriously , is this a joke? No no no, This is not anymore the excelent place it used to be. You are going to loose your clients for Sure.

I've been with Dr. Stafford for about 17 yrs. He will only do what needs to be done. Not like other places that tell you, you need a crown (just for the money) it's not true. I've been at other dental offices that when your a new patient, the first question asked is "how much does your insurance allow per year"? To me that's a red flag. The reason I've stayed with Dr. Stafford is he's not about how much money he's going to get out of you. He's there to service you with integrity honesty. A good indication that he's good is I travel from Lakeland to Brandon. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr.Staffords for many many years and have always be treated with the upmost respect from walking in the door and being greeted by a tech and into a cubicle. I get my teeth cleaned every three months and everyone of the girls have been very friendly and take their time. I have referred many friends and family to his practice. Dr. Stafford explains everything he is going to do and is extremely caring and gentle. I appreciate the time he spends with me and his professional attention. Thanks to all the people that take care of me and appreciate the kindness of Dr.Stafford fitting me in when l have a problem. Hes the best!!!

I have a lot of sensitivity and cleanings can be uncomfortable, but the hygienists are so gentle. I dont have to worry about painful visits at all.

I forgot the lady that cleaned my teeth, but she did an excellent job. She communicated really well and sounded professional.
