Ive been a patient for a number of years. I was having gum problems my dentist put me with Gigi for past 2 years. She seems to specialize in bring the gums back to a much better position. What progress we have made together. I see her every 3 months she is well pleased with the treatments. Instead of losing the teeth having surgery on the gums, likely keep the teeth. Followup is important. She has great personality cares about her patients. Have been getting cleaning every 3 months to treat a gum issue. Gigi is wonderful feel like the care is necessary. She is dedicated to her patients. All staff was top notch today. Good progress. Just had 3 crowns replaced....service was good.

Had a broken tooth. They were able to get me in the same day. The procedure went very well to have a temp crown put in place. I was in and out in 60 minutes. Dr. Mueller and his dental assistant did an outstanding job.

After having some "traumatic" and uncomfortable experiences with previous dentists (yes, plural), I was extremely apprehensive to make my well-overdue dental appointment. However, we know how important dental health is. Making the appointment for my first visit was easy and done online flawlessly. Upon my first visit with X-rays and initial evaluation, I was presented with a proposed treatment plan which outlined my costs as a patient as well as what the expected reimbursement from my insurance would be. My second visit consisted of a cleaning and two fillings (which was this past Monday 1202025) at check out and scheduling my 6 month visit, I paid what was outlined on my treatment plan. I wanted to wait a few days before leaving this review (and once the numbness wore off) because the true test of this transparent review was going to be how my mouth felt a few days after. Referring back to my "traumatic" experience with a previous dentist, I had fillings completed then, and I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable afterwards. It was difficult to brush my teeth and floss for WEEKS after that work was done, and I swore I would never go back to that dentist again. However, after having fillings done this past Monday?! It's a complete 180 from what I felt previously. My jaw is still slightly sore (HELLO! You're keeping your mouth open while the doctor is drilling and filling.), but I have not had ANY discomfort with my usual oral hygiene routine. Overall, 5 stars for friendliness (all staff, hygienist, and doctor), transparency (treatment plans should ALWAYS be provided with a breakdown of potential patient responsibility -- NO SURPRISES!), professional and clean office, and ZERO post-procedural discomfort. Next step is to have my husband schedule his overdue dental visit with Dental Associates of Florida!

Jesica the administrator is great very helpful and only good vibes )) she scheduled me an appointment with the best. I went for a cleaning and I was so impressed with this lady she will retired next month( she was so professional and communicated to me every step of my procedure I learned so much with her. In only one visit I knew that she loves her job because she was dedicated to accomplish a cleaning with excellence removing every single tartar on her way)) and much more. You dont see many people like her in dental offices anymore. The deserve more then 5 star!

My dental care was not up to care. Joeni made me feel stupid and incompetent of understanding the plan when infact, it was her. She really thought she knew my old insurance and treatments I already been through at another dentist office. She's beyond rude and this office has done nothing to rectify the situation. I'm not sorry for my attitude nor what I said either before the manager comes on her and tries to act like I'm the issue when it's her employee that needs help in customer service and stop acting like a know it all. She's rude af. So just remember her name Joeni Williams. If you see her RUN because she will guarantee you will have an AWFUL AND TRAUMATIC experience. I will not remove my review nor change it either. I have papers that I'm been and paid services at this clinic too. Dentist MacInnes is amazing though, so yall should see him.
