Dental Associates of Florida Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry

Had a new patient visit yesterday. Being anxious when it comes to dental care I was uncertain changing providers with a move from out of state it was necessary. I was pleasantly greated by office staff which helped ease my concern. I was taken to the exam area promptly. The clinical staff person was very professional and friendly she completed my x-rays and explained the office procedures making me very comfortable. The dentist was thorough, he provided a full explanation of concerns identified and provided care options to consider. The hygienist continued my initial evaluation and advised me on plan for scheduling a cleaning appointment. The office staff assisted with a return appointment for the recommended cleaning. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new dental provider to give them a try, I think you'll be pleased, just as I was.

I felt rushed by the staff who seemed interested in efficiency at the expense of personal service. In addition. It was insulting to pay 3 or 30 to,pay my bill because I forgot my debit card. We have stellar credit. The rep who took my payment was not cordial and didnt have good customer service skills. She was intent on business only and had no care for my concerns. We will seek another more customer friendly dentist who exhibits more care and respect for us. Forking over thousands of dollars to an office unconcerned about our personal concerns is unacceptable.

I was at dental associates of Florida today, and I had the best service anyone could ask for, ...Larissa and Diane were extremely patient with all my questions I needed answered ....My dentist Vivek Dewan was very knowledgeable in everything that I needed answered....he took the time to explain everything so I would understand it... He has the coolest dog and even said that if I needed to bring my service dog with me for my treatments on my teeth that it would be okay..... The staff is outstanding as well as Dr Dewan... I will definitely recommend them to everyone that needs work done on their teeth.

My appointment was moved up several days due to a cancellation which was great. I was seen exactly on time. This was my first cleaning here and my hygienist Max was excellent. Efficient and thorough and explained everything. Will be back in 6 months .

Max was a great hygienist. Got the work done quickly and efficiently and shared stories about where he's from that were fascinating .

I lost a very large filling. I called and they squeezed me in on 1230, made impressions and installed a temporary Crown so I can get through until the Real crown gets put in on 114. Thank you Dr. Bivens and your team!

Lorena is the best! All dentists and assistants and clerical are the best!

Everything was fine except the wait time was very long. The doctor explained they were short of staff.
