Such a great experience from start to finish. Doctor is great! Staff is amazing. Never felt judged or anything. My tooth implants look and feel amazing. Cant wait to get more work done in the future, never thought I would say that considering that Im terrified of the dentist. So that should tell you how good of an experience I had.

Everyone was professional and the customer service is at the top. I was greeted and they acknowledged me when I got there. Dr Changella is kind and gentle. He explains the procedure and asked if I had any questions.

The best dentist Ive ever had! I was so traumatized by a previous dental experience that every time my husband mentioned we had a dentist appointment, I would get nervous and start praying to God. Everything changed when my friend Anna Powell recommended Dr. Bhavin Changela. I cant thank her enough for introducing me to such an amazing dentist. Dr Bhavin is humble, knowledgeable, grounded, and approachable. From the moment we entered the office, Jackie, the receptionist, greeted us warmly, and the positive energy of the place instantly made me feel at ease. Caroline, who took my X-rays, was exceptional. Before beginning, she explained everything patiently, assuring me that she would do her best to minimize any discomfort. She truly did a fantastic job! Catherine, the dental hygienist, was equally amazing. She was so calm and patient as she walked me through every detail of why I needed a deep cleaning. Her thorough explanations, combined with her gentle care, completely eased my anxiety. She even recommended the perfect toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss for me. I couldnt stop thanking her and asking God to bless her! Thanks to Dr. Bhavin Changela and his wonderful staff, I feel so blessed to have had such a calming and positive experience with my deep cleaning today. I now feel confident and fully prepared to maintain my dental health for life, knowing Ive found the perfect dentist. Dr. Bhavin will be our family dentist from now on, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking expert care and genuine guidance for their dental needs. Hands down, THE best dentist Ive ever been to. I have had so much work done throughout the years since adolescence due to a tooth injury. As a result, I have a lot of anxiety at the dentist. I normally would use headphones, but I stopped since Ive been seeing Dr. Changela. I no longer dread going to the dentist. He is very honest, kind, and does not do unnecessary work. His hygienists are amazing and very sweet. I would highly recommend his office to anyone and everyone!

My first visit to this dental place and was very impressed by the dentist's and staff's friendly and yet professional attitude. I wish I had come to this place for dental care much earlier. Dr. Chenglea explained why I needed deep cleaning and Serena, the hygenist, took care of this procedure in a relaxed environment with no discomfort on my part at all. Glad it was done. I waited for my return visit before giving this review. I switched to Dental Care of Chino Hills this past year by high personal recommendations of both my parents and it did not disappoint! Dr. Changela and his team at Dental Care of Chino Hills consistently provided exceptional dental care experience today and during my first visit as a new patient. The office is very clean, calm and relatively peaceful given it's a dental office. The staff are all very welcoming, courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Changela is very professional and does a great job communicating clearly when explaining his assessment and treatment recommendations. Friendly, direct to the point, and concise with informed consent before proceeding with care, which I very much appreciate. Markie did a wonderful job with my X-rays. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable I was getting X-rays of my teeth today -- the best experience in all my life. I swear I'm not exaggerating. That's my experience. No major discomfort and no super long drawn out experience that I used to dread so much. It could be also having good equipment, but the care and attention to detail from Markie was also noticed. Thank you Markie! Kathryn took care of my deep cleaning today. Kathryn was amazing! I couldn't be more impressed with Kathryn's care and exceptional attention to detail! My teeth and gums were very clean and felt great afterwards. During my cleaning, she was so kind and great about making sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my cleaning. What even impressed me further was how Kathryn took the time to explain and teach me step by step with proper technique how to properly target my teeth and gum concerns. I also appreciated how she even wrote down the recommendations to help me finally get my oral care routine right. I love how this team is efficient, professional, and welcoming without feeling rushed. My wait time was short and I was done with everything within an hour. I noticed this was consistent both visits. Overall, perfect experience for me today (and my first visit) and I am so thankful to the team! Thank you so much!! Again, highly recommend them and will share with others by word of mouth!

I had my first visit to Dental Care of Chino Hills for a consultation, check-up, and cleaning, and I couldnt have been more impressed with the experience. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, Jackie, who handled my registration as a new patient, was incredibly professional and helpful. She made the whole process seamless, which was such a relief during my transition to a new dentist. Dr. Changela came highly recommended by my uncle, and now I can see why. He was extremely welcoming and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I also discussed my current orthodontics plan with him, and he helped me prepare for a future implant by checking if I had enough bone structure. His knowledge and clear explanations gave me so much confidence in my care plan. Denise, the dental assistant, was fantastic! She took my x-rays and prepped me for the visit, all while being super friendly and social. She made me feel completely at ease, which is something I really value when visiting the dentist. Unfortunately, I didnt catch the name of the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, but she was absolutely amazing! She was not only kind but also extremely knowledgeable, giving me personalized tips on the best toothbrushes, toothpaste, and brushing techniques to use with my new braces. Her advice has already made a difference! Overall, my visit was beyond pleasant. The entire team at Dental Care of Chino Hills made me feel valued and cared for.
