Dr. Zernicke is the best dentist ever! All dentists and staff are considerate towards the patient as this office! All strive to communicate with patients to make their experience less stressful! Thanks so much!

I love this office, and Dr. Zernicke has been my dentist for years. The office staff, assistants, and hygienists are always friendly and professional. I actually have a 40 minute drive to the office- but its worth it. The only problem at the moment is the lack of dental hygienists for afternoon appointments. I scheduled my next 6-month dental cleaning appointment, but they are booked for 8 months. I hope they are able to hire more dental hygienists soon- but other than that- the office is fantastic! I highly recommend Dental Concepts.

Everyone was very nice. I had a cleaning that went without a hitch. They even got schedule quite quickly for other dental procedures

I took my 82 year old mother who had tooth pain and couldn't eat comfortably, in to the office after thoroughly researching them online and seeing great reviews. I also liked that there are dental specialists there. I'm so grateful that everyone made the whole experience easy and very pleasant - from checking in to their kind and gentle treatment of my mom - to handling insurance and co-payment. I am grateful for all of the above. Mom was the actual patient and she is very happy and satisfied!! I highly recommend them! If I could, I would give them 10 stars!!!!!! Update... Mom still loves everyone there and all of the above still applies!
