Dear Dental Wellness Arts Clinic, Im writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care my daughter received at your clinic. We have been patients of Dr. Boyajian for almost a year, and up until recently, we had no major issues. However, after a particularly troubling experience, I feel compelled to share my concerns. At our third appointment, there was an issue where the office forgot to scan my daughter's teeth but still billed us for the scan. After noticing this discrepancy on our receipt, we brought it to their attention, and only then did they proceed to scan her teeth. Dr. Boyajian reviewed the scan and claimed that there was only one cavity that needed to be filled. He proceeded with the filling during the appointment. However, just a few days later, my daughters face became severely swollen on one side. She was in immense pain, unable to talk, and could only consume liquids. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact Dr. Boyajian, we took her to an emergency hospital, where they informed us that the filling had been done improperly, causing an infection. The hospital explained that the procedure was done poorly, and my daughter had inherited an infection that caused the swelling. It wasnt until two days later that Dr. Boyajian called us, and when we saw him the following day, an emergency procedure was needed to remove her permanent tooth. He apologized for the situation, but the emotional distress, physical pain my daughter endured, and the lack of follow-up care were unacceptable. He never reached out to check on my daughters recovery, leaving us feeling abandoned during such a stressful time. Given the negligence and lack of proper care, I would not recommend Dr. Boyajian or Dental Wellness Arts Clinic to anyone. My experience has been nothing short of traumatic, and I feel that both the dentist and staff should take responsibility for the distress caused. I expect better attention to detail and care, especially when it comes to the health and well-being of children.

What a incredible place! I was looking for a new Biological dentist closer to my home as I needed to finish my last phases of amalgam (mercury) removal and came across Dr. B and his practice! What a pleasant surprise, he and his staff are the best!!!! Dr. B has such a wonderful bedside manner and I felt comfortable with him right away! I am so blessed to have found his office, I have thrilled to say, I found my new dental home!

My third visit to this facility. Super friendly staff, I got a molar implant today, was very pleased with results. Dr. AJ is top notch expert at what he does. Place is super clean and high tech. You will not be disappointed. I Highly recommend them!

I just went in for an initial consultation and I was very impressed. I love the idea of a holistic dentist. He is very knowledgeable and I was presented with a very clear estimate of what my future cost would be. He took thorough x-rays, even the CT x-ray which I had never seen before and does like a 360 look, I wish I had found him a lot sooner. The staff was also very cordial and helpful. I actually look forward to doing the work.

I love dr AJ. I had a chipped tooth and he saw me right away and took care of it. His staff rocks too! I just had my pinhole procedure with Dr B. He is awesome. Painless, didnt need twilight anesthesia. So professional and caring. I have full trust in him. I love his staff. Theyre the best. Dr B also does smooth lase for facial rejuvenation for me. I get so many compliments on how good I look because of this procedure. So happy with his care!!!!
