Dentist of Cerritos

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Today was my first time coming in with a lot of pain from my wisdom tooth and I only came here because my original dentists is closed today. However, the dentist would not extract my tooth without additional charges of bone graft and gel foam which is unnecessary. Very disappointed and my tooth still hurts. Absolute waste of my time thanks for nothing the dentists here only care about the money and not actual patients. You suck dentists of Cerritos!!

Very good. They took out the wisdom tooth and it went well. Staff is friendly and courteous. They were nice with my family too.

I was visiting family in Cerritos and had an unfortunate tooth accident and tried the Dentist of Cerritos on South St. I have never been more impressed with a medicaldental facility. Thoroughly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Kudos to Cruz at the front desk, Rodriguez who did the fix and Dr Kim who oversaw it. Could not recommend this office more. Thanks!

Outrageous prices for a simple dental bonding. Was quoted 600 for 1 tooth and was told its originally 1000 but I was getting a discount because of my insurance. Website clearly states dental bonding is anywhere from 200 to 600 depending on treatment. So Im confused, was I even offered a discount as the rep stated or did they just try to up charge me!? Sadly I referred people to this dental office but will not be doing so moving forward. 2 other dental offices in the area quoted me 300 and 325 max for the same exact procedure. Take your business elsewhere.

I want to give my sincerest gratitude and appreciation to the entire team here. Especially Marisol who helped me get approved for an affordable treatment plan. In pain . Needed the prescription but they forgot to send it over to Walgreens ..and now its the weekend.

A one service. Entire team very professional and caring. Came in contact on a whim needed a root canal and found Cerritos Dental by searching the web. I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Dentist of Cerritos! I had my first visit last Friday, and I was very nervous but the team there is very friendly and professional. The front desk was very welcoming when I came in to secure a walk-in appointment. Later, Ana was the one to help me check-in and then set up the follow-up appointments afterward. And big thanks to Marisol! I dont have dental insurance, but she helped me find the best payment planoption available for me. Beyond being incredibly patient and kind, she made me feel at ease in general with my questionsconcerns. Dr. Tristan and his assistants were all great, and they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I had a general check-up, followed by fillings the same day. Ive put off visiting the dentist for various reasons, but I came out of Dentist of Cerritos feeling reassured about getting back on track with my oral health.

It was the worst experience I have ever had with an orthodontist. Took my son, and I wasted 2k. Ended up getting my son's work somewhere else. I paid 5k up front for services. After a week or two appointments (initial set up and a referral to have tooth removed), i tried to cancel services. At first, staff was trying to keep all my money. After many emails and contacting a lawyer, their office said they would only refund if I signed an NDA. I refused and contacted the dental board (complaint is in process). Not until all this was the rest of my money returned. I would suggest any other office in Cerritos. I went somewhere else and was so happy for it. Would not recommend for you family and loved one.

I went for a cleaning had a lot of xrays and no cleaning they stated my insurance did not cover , when before it all was covered waist of my time..

This was a superb dental experience. This is will be my new dental office for 2025 and beyond!!

We did not receive help here. I called to make my child an appointment and I told the receptionist the situation, including my sons age and waited an hour before getting called and the dentist saw my son briefly and said he will be back with the tools he needs and never came back and the assistant came in asking if we have been told anything and she follows up saying they dont have the tools they need for my sons age so to go somewhere else.

This place is great! The staff is warm and makes you feel completely at ease. Dr. Triston is thorough and clear in answering any of my questions, and the hygienist and orthodontist are both incredibly skilled and pleasant. Highly recommend this team for anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

Dr. Trishton was very gentle with numbing, as he removed an old cap from my molar and cleaned up a cavity. I didn't feel a pinch, no pain, and he performs very good work. He's very polite with his patients and staff. The front desk staff are all very nice and value their patients. I'm very satisfied with the quality of service that I received.

Excellent service, and friendly staff. I've had my teeth cleaned every six months, and they do a superb thorough cleaning. I've also had a crown done, and the machine they use are the latest.

Awesome team, very polite and knowledgeable staff, specially Sheila Vergara gave us very specific and detailed explanations, the only problem that I had was their pricing otherwise I wouldve of been their patient,thank you dentist of Cerritos.
