Im so grateful I found Distinctive Smiles. My first visit was for a dental emergency. I was petrified of going to the dentist but Cynthia and Dr Chau really helped me to get over that fear. Cynthia put me right at ease with her understanding and compassion. She explained every step of the process. I cannot thank her enough. Dr Chau is a fantastic dentist. She takes her time to explain procedures, the treatment plan, and what the goals are. Everyone at Distinctive Smiles is very friendly. You really feel like family from the moment you walk in the door.

Have been going to Distinctive Smiles for a couple of years and very happy with their dental technicians. Dr Chao personally cleaned my teeth yesterday. Best cleaning I have ever experienced. Everyone is always so nice here, the new doctor made sure to build trust before working on me. I was thinking of switching offices near my home but I like the service they give, therefore, I will be sticking with this office.

While I cannot remember the last time I went to visit the dentist to get work done, I do remember how scary and painful the experience was. I was very young at the time and that was what turned me off for so long UNTIL I came here! At 30yrs old, I can confidently and safely say that I am no longer scared of the dentist! Dare I say I LOVE the dentist now! Super friendly, patient and dedicated workers. The bed side manners and walk through of procedures truly helped ease my anxieties. Feeling more confident and beautiful smiling now AND my teeth no longer hurt! I may just finally have a donut after so many years of not being able to enjoy one. Cassie was a friendly and thorough hygenist. The office is clean and the staff is accommodating and helpful. Great full service dental office that can cater to all your needs.
