Appreciate the staff and their concern for making my care a positive experience. Only complaint is the way the delta dental insurance is handled. I really want my routine appointment covered at time of appointment rather than waiting up to 10 days for reimbursement check. A couple hundred dollars out of pocket is a lot to expect patient to cover.
