Unprofessional incompetent staff. I had an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed this morning, 12425, after already having my scheduled appointment moved from 2pm today to 8am (huge difference btw) only to end up paying for a service I NEVER RECEIVED! Mind you I had to request time off work for this procedure considering i would be in a considerable amount of pain.. Long story short, they tried to quote me a 500 copay with insurance for this procedure i was denied a payment plan. The head nurse with short hair had a very short temper was really impatient with not only me but several other patients. When confronted, the head nurse then doubled down and said we could pay half today half next week.. we agreed and continued on. I waited for the Oral Surgeon (Ms Lane) in the dentist chair for over 45 minutes just for her to poke BOTH my arms 3 times claim She couldnt find a vein. She claimed I was severely dehydrated and i would literally have to reschedule my appointment. She even at one point tried poking my feet.. now here i am leaving the dentist office 250 deep with my arms bruised and no service done! I rescheduled my appointment for next Friday at 1pm at a DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! which is ACROSS TOWN! Then this locations front office lady calls me to inform me that the OS doesnt do surgeries late in the afternoon.. and I HAD TO RESCHEDULE FOR 7am.. This did not fit into my schedule obviously because I chose 1pm for a reason.. when my dad called to complain request a refund, the person on the phone had the audacity to say i had issues because they could not find my veins. Im not sure what she was trying to insinuate but the behavior of the entire staff especially the head nurse and Oral surgeon is extremely unprofessional and ridiculously childish behavior. Please do not give your money to this place, the staff here are short tempered, impatient, heavy handed rude!

The staff was friendly, but I had a root canal on Friday, 117, and wasnt given any aftercare instructions. After the numbness wore off, I experienced significant pain in my jaw and tooth. I know some soreness is normal for a couple of days, but by 120, I was still in pain, so I left a message. I assumed they were closed for the holiday, but they didnt call back on 121 so I left another message, but still havent heard back. Ironically, they called me right away when I tried to book an appointment online at 9 PM, but I missed the call. They followed up the next morning to get me scheduled so I dont understand why they cant return a phone call after Ive left two messages. I also just realized they never gave me an invoice or anything either.

The staff and dentist were friendly and professional. The place is clean and nice. Wait time was pretty fair. My husband and I haven't been to the dentist in about a year and a half. Our culinary retirement coverage doesn't cover dental at this stage. We came in as cash patients last week. The exam and x-rays were a special they were running for 50 for each of us. Smoking deal we were happy with. The dentist did exams on each of us after looking at x-rays. The front desk staff person came in with quotes. Hubby needed a deep cleaning, and it was priced at around 1500 cash discounted price! I don't have the treatment paper in front of me since husband left it at new dentist today, accidently. New dentist did a normal cleaning today and said he had a little plaque buildup but was in pretty good shape. His cleaning was 93. Gentle Dental's dentist also advised he needed a crown and was told a price of around 1600. The new dentist said he did not really need a crown. I was told I needed a "medium" cleaning. Not a regular cleaning or a deep cleaning. My husband mentioned this to the today's dentist, and they had never heard of a "medium" cleaning. My medium cleaning was quoted as 1588 cash price. Gentle's dentist said I also needed a new crown and quoted 1429 cash price. I am going to the new Northwest Dental on Tuesday. I am also a bit perturbed about a gum specialist they brought in-house that I paid 3000 (cash out of my pocket) to 2 years ago and while the pain is gone (unless food isn't irrigated daily), I still get so much impacted food there, it's ridiculous! I brought this up to Gentle's dentist and he said the new crown he recommended would fill that gap where the food collects. I know this is a corporate company, but I think they are price gouging! I hate to say it because I've gone to them for many years. Now that it all comes out of pocket directly, we can certainly see the prices are off the chart! Sadly, we will not be returning to Gentle Dentle. It was really convenient for us location-wise.

Dr Eastman and all the staff are wonderful. They took the time to inform me of the details of the work to be done and answered all my questions. Painless extraction. Ive been a patient for years and have never had any problems. 4-24 The staff and experience were lovely as usual . They have been such a great asset to have for my dental care. I definitely would recommend them . Dr Peterson on Rancho does a fantastic job and the staff had me in and out . Very happy with Gentle Dental .

Get your billing department in line. Learn how to communicate properly and don't assume. Do better, I will not be returning to this place.

The location is highly efficient while providing detailed attention to all my dental care needs.

The staff, Dr. Peterson, hygienist, MeganEveryone at this office cares about their patients and provides great care to everyone. Ive been receiving dental care from this office for about 20 years. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Had some dentures made drought the bottom off to be redone was told I would receive a call when they were ready never received call or text I'll let them know all the OTR driver that I will be leaving a certain day fine it would get me in was told go in to pick up dentures receptions tell me oh you need an appointment I would have to make you one I wasn't told that when I drop Dentures off come back anytime get them adjusted took my money and wasting my time

Felt cared for. Frendly and knowledgeable service. I left felling that my Dental health is good and in great hands.

I been coming here for sometime now and I have the utmost confidence in the care and professionalism. Maribel and Dr. Peterson are very professional and knowledgeable in explaining how everything works.

Joy and her team were amazing to my husband. My husband is an 3 time stroke survivor and needed the extra attention to communicate with Joy. Her patience was incredible. Thank you for caring for him.

They are so wonderful and caring my teeth are so hard to get out and I am afraid of dentists but they put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. They are my dentist from now on. The staff is so caring and kind I recommend them highly
