I always have good service from Dr Nedelcu and the team at the Sherwood office.

Prior to my appointment, I was informed by front desk that my insurance will cover cleaning in full and that I have to pay out of my pocket only if I chose to get irrigation andor fluoride treatment. When I arrived at the clinic, the person at the front desk informed me that I have to pay 65 dollars as insurance will pay only half of the total fees. When I reminded her about my prior conversation with the clinic personnel as aforementioned, she responded saying that insurance won't cover deep (periodontal) cleaning in full and that they don't do basic cleaning. If they told me this earlier over the phone, I would have saved gas and my time. I won't go back to this place again.

I have had excellent care from the Sherwood office. The staff and my hygienist, Elizabeth are excellent! Dr. Nedelcu is a personable Dentist and I was very impressed with the work Ive had done.

I specifically talked to them about a Saturday appointment when I was there for my consultation and they said they had slots open for the current month. Scheduled for the morning only to get appointment notifications saying my appointment was on Friday. Call to check on it and their next available Saturday appointment is in February. If you schedule an appointment have them confirm it through text or risk them scheduling it wrong and be forced to wait two months.

Dr.Nedelcu and his assistant went over the procedures for the night guard that I had initially paid for.The instructions were clear and precise.

Everybody on the staff is very kind and helpful.

I have no idea how this place has a high score especially with the similar reviews on how this place tries to scam people and get services they do not need and overcharge. The front desk is all over the place and has no idea how to use insurance

Everyone there is very friendly and nice. My dentist was so skillful and I fell asleep without any anesthesia while he was working on my teeth, drilling and everything. He was very nice, too.

Always very friendlyprofessional and let me know what I need to focus on.

The facility is meticulously maintained. The staff are thoughtful, caring, polite, and professional. Dr Nedelcu, the Dental Assistant Jenn, the Hygienist, and receptionist all went out of their way to explain our dental conditions, treatment plan, dental insurance and our costs and copays. My first appointment at this location....clean atmosphere. Polite, patient, caring and respectful employees. Told dental assistant DMD I have HIGH dental anxiety and I don't like pain needlesshots....They made me feel a bit a ease. Have not had any cleaning or work done yet.... we'll see how it goes next time...that's why I only gave 4 stars today....will update later...

The hygienist was fine in the office, but refused to floss my teeth at home.

Had a fantastic experience at this dental office! The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the doctor is truly exceptional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and his expertise and gentle care made me feel completely at ease. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. Highly recommend!
