Gold Coast Dental - Orange

Since going to this location Ive had a couple visits with Dr. Britis whom I loved, Ive mostly seen Dr. Rashed and he is also the best. Very understanding, friendly and cared about pain levels and honestly all of the most important things if you have dental anxiety. We found a payment plan that worked for me. Truly have nothing negative to say about this location or their team.

Had to get a root canal. I usually go to the Brea office but orange is closer for me. I originally went in on Sunday and had to wait for the root canal specialist who was earliest available Christmas Eve. I literally have never had such a wonderful experience at the dentist. Especially for a root canal. After having babies, my teeth have never been the same. After the topical numbing, the doctor did the local anesthetic and when I say I didnt feel the needle or anything at all, believe me. This guy took his time and did an incredible job. He asked me if i was Doing ok or feeling any pain multiple times during the procedure. He would give me a pat on the shoulder or arm and assure me he was almost done. The original Sunday crew wasnt as lively as their Tuesday Christmas Eve crew. These people were awesome. Im actually looking forward to finishing up my dental work here at the orange office!

I haven't had a chance to come into the office yet but these people keep calling me, about 2x a day! Even with an appointment. I personally feel overwhelmed when it comes to visiting a dentist but this makes me feel worse. I had to cancel my appointment for today and I felt put on the spot when I had to reschedule. I will be finding a more professional office to attend.

They've been calling my phone everyday even after I've called them 2 or 3 times asking them to stop. I've told them I no longer need their service so they've been calling and leaving empty voicemails. I'm talking about you, Diane!!! That is enough now

Had a sore gum area from a shell that got stuck for a couple of days in between my teeth. The dentist took a good look with X-rays and gave me great news that the gum would heal itself in a couple of weeks if I was just gentle on the brushing and flossing. I really appreciate that he was honest, validated my tooth pain, and didnt charge me for extra services. I appreciate the honesty, compassion, and competence of this office. I always feel Im in good hands.

I have been going to this dental office since 2020. I have always had good experience. Great doctors. They are open 7 days a week. Very kind and professional staff. The hygienists are very good. Dr. Follico is an awesome dentist. Great assistants and GREAT staff in the front. I love this dental office.

Over the last month, I visited the Orange location from everything to open med, root canal, and crown placement. Everyone at the office has been kind, patient, and knowledgeable! it all started with a same-day emergency appointment within 30 minutes of my call. Dr. Henderson had the best side manner Dr. Plaitano performed the most comfortable dental procedure I've had, which says a lot since it was a root canal. If that's not already impressive, I had the luck to be scheduled with Dr. Obraitis today for my permanent crown placement I am so grateful. Not only was he detail-oriented, patient, and attentive, but he also took the time to educate me on my tongue tie and fix it!! I've always wondered but have not had the time to address the issue. I am so excited! Of noteI saw different providers because of my busy schedule. The office was always accommodating, another significant reason this process was so easy for me! Lastly, thank you, Michelle , for all your help and prep work today and for being as excited as me when the procedure was done! Anyway, If you are still reading this review, thank you, I without a doubt, you should book your appointment with this office!

I broke a crown and needed to replace it. I came here, purchased an annual plan. The crown still cost me 1200. The assistance here is sub par, they don't know what's going on, don't communicate with the Dr well, it was obvious that there was a lot of confusion well I was being treated. The dentist was very short with me but he was able to get it on with little tooth to work with. (The crown broke off 2 years later talk about a waste of money) I came back a couple weeks later for a cleaning. I told the hygienist I was having pain on the other side. She cleaned my teeth and sent me home. I had only got the crown and still haven't received my general check up yet? I was confused about why I didn't get any examination from the Dr. About two weeks later I was in extreme pain. My tooth was infected and I needed treatment right away. I felt like this could've been avoided if I received an examination like your supposed to. But this office isn't thorough. They are not preventive and don't take their members as a priority. The hygienist should've had the Dr. Look at me and my x-rays again. I made another appointment gave me some pain killers antibiotics, and was told I needed 1000 root canal after I just gave them 1200. That's with their "Ins. Plan". I paid it and a week after that was told I needed another crown for 850. I still haven't received a general cavity exam. I don't recommend Gold Coast Dental.

Wrongfully told I might need more then one root canal when I saw an endodontist who told me I didnt.... gold coast you have failed your doctors don't care anymore.....

It has been 30 years since Ive been to a dentist me and my husband booked our appointments with Doctor Follico, his staff was so amazing and so friendly. He was amazing, down to earth, funny, personable just an all-around nice guy. I was nervous walking in today, but the ladies who took care of me and my husband today were the sweetest, kindest, most caring women that I couldve ever asked God to bless us with, Gloria especially you for being so kind to my hubby, I wish I could remember the other gal names, sorry but you were the best as well, I know that me and my husband have found our dentist for the rest of our lives. Wow, I havent even been to the official Office yet but the lady that answered my call was a blessing, Im new to the insurance world and dental world but Im excited to see what happens at my appointment on Sunday. Very nice lady

The hygienist is a snob. She's SO MEAN to her co workers. Don't go here. They pay the staff to get reviews.

Every crown I had replaced here in the last five years has broken. What a waste of money. Stay away. Their plastic crowns they make in the office might s well come out of a gumball machine.

Went in due to some extreme mouth pain. I looked online and saw they and a free xtay and exam. They took me in the same morning i called. The dentist (Dr. Follico) was straight forward with me on what was going on. I told him my situation and he gave me options that worked best for me.

This place is so bad. I was there for two hours to just be told I would need to come back another day for a service that was over priced. Disgusting cramped rooms, was literally in a tiny room divided so there was another patient just next to me. Super awkward eye contact with the other patient. Long waits. Only actually saw the dentist for 5 mins and the only thing he had to say to me was trying to sell braces. I had to ask the assistant if I had any cavities. Very unprofessional.

Total bait and switch, lady on phone said extraction started at 100 (no insurance), once in office minimum cost was 550

Sad how this dental office has to upsell a service each time I have my teeth cleaned here. Very aggressive hygienist today and she never gave my teeth a proper cleaning! What hygienist tells you your teeth are so infected she cant possibly clean them without an immediate laser cleaning at 445 extra? I get my teeth cleaned 3x yearly and now they are suddenly decayed. Sigh
