I have been a patient for nearly a decade and I really appreciate the great work that Great Basin delivers. They are always friendly and accommodating. Im so grateful for modern dentistry and cant imagine the pain people went through pre- teeth numbing agents. So happy to have Great Basin in the neighborhood! Thank you!

Dr Swint is amazing. He took his time to explain what he was doing throughout the appointment. He took great care of my daughters cavities and her teeth look great. Plus I liked his background music.

Dr.Nielson and his helper are great the compassion of care is very refreshing to see. I will definitely keep going to get all my dental work done.

Ive always gone to this dentist office from time Dr. Price was here. Ive seen Dr. Neilson and he has been fabulous along with all the staff. Yesterday I had a crown done with Dr. Swint and I didnt feel any pain and he was wonderful with the entire procedure along with the dental assistant. I will continue to come to Great Basin Dental along with my family.

A missed cavity by Dr. Neilson caused a broken tooth for my child and then 2,000 dental surgery when we were just in for a cleaning the month prior. The dental hygienists are all great . Mistakes happen but no ownership was taken by this office when it was addressed.

Had to have an emergent appointment They were able to get me in and treated quickly. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend great basin and will be going back for for sure for checkups.

Our whole family is seen here! They are very quick, professional, and friendly! We are seen on time (super important to us as a busy family). The dental hygienist was very informative and kind when I asked questions and very thorough. My husband had a sinus issue they caught and were very professional is supporting him to find the right care. My daughter recently needed a little extra work done than expected and the Dr. was able to shift to get it done and even followed up to check on how she was feeling after such a big procedure. I had some questions about billing and they billing specialist walked me through all of it.... without judgement or frustration. I highly recommend this place. A breath of fresh air ! As a family, starting at age 4, we have been going to this dentist for over a decade. We weren't sure when Dr. Price retired if his counter part would continue the values Dr. Price instilled in his company, we are happy to say, yes Dr. Neilson and Dr. Swift are wonderful. This office has a humbling atmosphere. There is even a game room for your children to play in and after their cleanings they have a treasure box for the kids as well. I highly recommend Great basin dental for cleanings, fillings, crowns, teeth removal for children and all the in-betweens. We have had each of these procedures in our experiences over the years and have been happy with all our services received. If your looking for a one stop family dental practice, I highly recommend this team!
