This dentist is astounding! Had to have root canal work done, she recommended an amazing oral surgeon to start the process, and then completed my crown. While eating some candy, my crown popped off, and she was able to see me within the next couple of days and get the issue resolved again. So helpful, and her staff are top notch as well! If there was an option for 10 starts, would have selected that! Definitely recommend her to anyall family and friends I come in contact with who need dental work completed!

Went to see this dentist for a loose bridge and left without a treatment plan because she had to think about it. Found another dentist nearby and my problem was resolved on the same date. Billing is another issue as they charged me lots of money for doing nothing.

I thought I found a good dentist 5 years ago, but not. Dr. Chen is the second worst dentists I've had in Las Vegas. She does not return calls, she does not answer procedural questions and will bail on you if too difficult to fix her work. I now have a wonderful new dentist with up-to-date equipment and he actually talks to me and freely answers every question I have. A stark difference between he and Dr. Chen that's for sure.

Dr. Chen is awesome!! I had 12 implants and a lot of dentists over the years ( 15 years) that had pieced my teeth together. I still did not have enough chewing surface to eat. Dr. Chen worked diligently to fix all of my teeth and now I can eat again!!! Im sure Ill gain a lot of weight but I dont care. I had corn on the cob yesterday for the first time in 20 years. You dont know how much this means to me. Her office staff, Shelby and Vanessa are great too. Theyre always pleasant and took great care of me. I highly recommend Dr. Chen. Thank you Dr. Chen and God bless you for sticking with me!!
