I was not scheduled for an appointment today, but called in and explained the situation I've been having with this one problem area. The receptionist listened and explained that they could see me if I could get there quickly. I arrived and received the service I needed by the dental hygentist and then Dr. Cress consulted with me about options for care. Our discussion was thorough and related to me specifically. He guided me through the decision making process, but left the final decision up to me. I have been a patient of Dr. Cress for years and have always found him to be professional and personable.
