Hawaii Family Dental - Kihei

Been going here 3 years and never are they on time for the appointment. First think-late 10 mins. Early later daylate 30-50 mins. If you are early 15 mins and they call you back10 mins past your appointment timefirst thing in morning-this is not good.

I have been a patient at Hawaii Family Dental for a number of years and have had nothing but great experiences. I just saw Kailey for my cleaning, and as usual, she did a superb job. I would like to commend the entire staff as well, they are no ka oi!

Im getting a crown on tooth number 9 in the front of my mouth. This was the prep and temporary and Dr Thomas and Crystal were excellent! The front desk is always very kind and I thank and appreciate you all! ALOHA

Christi did a wonderful job with my cleaning and Dr. Mello was right there to answer my questions. What a team. I felt reassured that my fears of infection were unfounded.

I look foward to going and having my teeth cleaned. Christy is amazing. She has changed the health of my teeth and gums dramatically. I dont fear going to the dentist at all after the last year or so that she's been my hygeinest. She knows what shes doing and and she gets you comfortable as can be. I fell asleep one time during a deep cleaning if that tells you anything about how good she is and how serious you being comfortable is to her. Great experience everytime.

Received exceptional care from Receptionist Rayna, Kaylee, Dental Hygienist, Dr Thomas May. A very positive experience with EXCELLENT Staff providing professional, caring effective treatment. Had a front tooth filling from 10 yrs. before, break drop out. Dr. Thomas immediately checked it, asked some very pertinent questions offered options for repair. WHAT EFFICIENCY!!!. Took care of scheduling with May, who clearly explained my choices professionally responded to my questions. On the way out, Rayna informed me she had me on the schedule for the tooth crown. Consistently the most professional, knowledgeable, caring, empathetic efficient staff I have ever experienced in a Dental office. The dentist and hygienist here are all friendly and genuinely care about what they're doing. I have had several visits now and they do such a great job. Dr. Mello rocks I also just got my first root canal. I was worried because I've heard horror stories about the pain. But I am virtually pain free during and after the treatment. Dr. Wiz is truly a wizard. Mahalo
