Went to get my wisdoms removed by Dr.Lum and he did an amazing job. Weeks before the staff was very kind in soothing dental anxiety and prescribed something to help with anxiety during the appointment. Dr.Lum had all 3 wisdom teeth out within 15 minutes and the healing process went smoothly. Definitely recommend if youre scared to get your wisdoms removed

Excellent service and great care taken to explain procedures

The staff took out the time to explain procedure options to me in detail so I could make a good decision.

Beyond the frustration of there being no available parking next to the building, the service was as usual, friendly, efficient, and with helpful explanations

Can I get an oral surgeon to extract my tooth please I am in pain and United healthcare keeps saying this place can do it. Can you help thanks. Well I had to pay a different dentist to extract tooth. And had a cleaning to do at this place its always a pleasure he is very awesome at cleaning. I understand the short staffing maybe thats why I had to find a different dentist to extract tooth. But this place got better at checking in the new system is kind of weird with earphones and computer to bad they couldnt just take you to back room so others wont hear your business. Other than that Im satisfied with service and hope they get more help to establish greater service.

Sarah is a great hygienist. She takes her job seriously, is highly skilled and pays attention to detail while doing her job. She is friendly and makes sure you're comfortable in the process.

Super friendly and caring staff, hygienist and dentist. My hygienist made sure and helped me to stay calm. I am super nervous when it comes to a dentist visit. Also after mentioning that I felt so cold he even got me a blanket My dentist took her time to explain everything my exam meant und the lady at checkout was so helpful and attentive. Received my first dental hygiene cleaning in over 2 years because of a previously very unpleasant experience in another office. Exceptionally professional session with Sabryna (I think that's how she spelled her name), who was caring without being cloying, did every step with a practiced hand, didn't rush but got the job done, and complimented me on my oral hygiene! I'm one of a small number of people who really enjoy getting their teeth cleaned when done right. State of the art equipment, the whole thing was done in less than 40 minutes. Mahalo nui!

Dr.Chris is very good profesional. I went in for my permanent crowns.He wasn't satisfied with the fit of the teeth from the Lab.He took 2 more impressions replaced the temperary teeth..I'm so happy he is a Perfectionist, the next time they will be perfect....Georgia Parish.

The dental assistant was very nice and did her job. Explain to me everything that she was doing and why she was doing it pleasant girl.

My hygienist is wonderful. She does a great job. Sabryna is wonderful. Dr Ty took good care of me.

My follow-up appointment was on time and quick. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly as always

Although it takes way too long to get an appointment, they do an excellent job once you do. (If You dont have periodontal disease, the 8 month wait for a cleaning may not be a problem for you, but it is for me.) Everyone is very professional, and my hygienist did a superb job.
