My visit today as usual great! The woman (sorry forgot her name) she done an EXCELLENT job cleaning my teeth! My teeth looks PERFEXT! The dental dr was AWESOME advised me what I must do for my teeth. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND KINGSTOWNE DENTISTEY! The entire team is nice especially Rebecca!

Always a wonderful experience, never rushed. Every procedure or new findings are always explained to us. Angela at the front desk is always our go to person. My family has been going there for 7 years now.

I had an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience at this dental office, and I will never return. While undergoing a root canal, I encountered multiple alarming issues 1. Lack of Care and Precision Dr. Phan repeatedly smacked her assistants hand and aggressively repositioned it directly above my face, while sharp instruments were dangerously close to my eyes. I had to stop the procedure myself, remove the tools from my mouth, and request they be more cautious due to their reckless behavior. 2. Unprofessional Handling Dr. Phan was rough, repeatedly smacking my face as she worked on my tooth, which was both painful and unsettling. 3. Unsafe Practices During the procedure, she took X-rays using a plastic cover that had visible wet bleach on it. I noticed this and asked if it was bleach, to which she confirmed. Despite my gagging and visible discomfort, she continued using the same bleached plastic cover until I insisted on a new one. Even then, I could still feel the bleach burning my mouth. 4. Disregard for Comfort While adjusting the cover they put on me during the procedure, both Dr. Phan and her assistant pulled my hair multiple timesat least fourand not once did they apologize or acknowledge it. Instead, they just looked at me and continued. This experience left me feeling unsafe, uncomfortable, and deeply concerned about the standards of care at this office. I cannot recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking professional and compassionate care.

Efficient and friendly staff at front desk, very competent dental hygienists and excellent dentists!

I had an unanticipated tooth ache. The receptionist courteously obtained my administrative information and I was expeditiously seen by the dentist. She expertly referred me to an endodontist. In all, a very good experience.

Such a bad experience, feeling a lot of pain and headache. The dentist doest know how much medicine inject before starting. Recommend to try some another place.
