This was my first visit and I was extremely nervous, but this anxiety began to fade after meeting with my dentist hygienist. It felt very trauma informed, often would check in on my comfort and provide me options to help ease any lasting anxiety. Very friendly and insured I was informed with my decisions. Phenomenal and kind care! For context, I have permanent nerve damage from a previous, different dentist that I went to for a cavity filling in 2023. So getting numb again is a really scary and traumatic experience. I was so nervous to go back to a dentist but had heard from friends and family that this was a good place to go especially after experiencing dental trauma. I had to get another filling and was unsure what to expect after going through what I had. Maliwan was so kind and her energy really made me feel at ease from the beginning. She was very communicative, reassuring, and patient the whole time. Her and Dr. Effinger took amazing care of me, making sure that I was comfortable and letting me take as many breaks as I needed without feeling rushed or like I was an inconvenience. I cant thank you enough for helping me get through this experience and I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone.

As a new patient, I was apprehensive when I was advised that I needed a root canal. The surgery lasted longer that expected but it went well and Dr. Boals and his staff kept me advised of the procedures being take. I'm also happy to report that I had minimum pain the first night and none since then. I glad that if was Kissing Camels Dentistry, rather then my previous dentist, who Diagnosed the problem and I highly recommend them to potential new patients.
