I love Dr. Kerst and Latah Creek Family Dentistry. They are very professional and nice! I really appreciate their promptness - I have never had to wait for an appointment. I initially went as the result of a dental emergency I experienced while overseas, and they immediately got me in to address my painful situation. Since that initial visit, Dr. Kerst has skillfully worked to address dental work that was long overdue and I am now in a much better place in terms of dental health. The assistants and hygienists are also excellent. This is a very well run dental practice and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care - they are fantastic!

Ive never been treated so poorly by a healthcare provider in my life. This office has an appalling lack of compassion, especially for patients with dental anxiety. The receptionist was incredibly rude, and the dental hygienist mocked and belittled me for expressing my anxiety. While I was in the chair with tears streaming down my face, she told me I should take a Xanax next time. When I called to confirm my upcoming cleaning, I requested not to have the same hygienist as last time. Instead of accommodating my request, the receptionist brought up my anxiety again and ridiculed me for it. To make matters worse, on the morning of my appointment, I woke up with a full Perioral Dermatitis flare-up and called to ask about rescheduling. I was met with the same dismissive attitude and was told Id be charged 50 for canceling, even though it was due to a medical condition. This office has absolutely no respect or care for their patients, especially those who require a bit more understanding. I have never been so openly dismissed and abused by healthcare professionals. If you have any level of dental anxiety or need patient-centered care, DO NOT go here.

I randomly found Dr. Kersr after a dental emergency. I got in the same day and am so happy I found his office. Staff were amazing, and he explained everything thoroughly. I have a plan to fix my tooth. I highly recommend this office for emergency dental needs, also routine dental care as well. You will not be disappointed. The office is beautiful, and they make you feel at home. Im so happy I found him.

First time visit. Angel was my hygienist. She was so personable and thorough. She was also kind and patient.

The way my fiance was treated here should be criminal. And funny enough, Dr Kerst pleaded guilty back in 08 to felony charges of illegally acquiring a controlled substance. Google it! Thats not the worst part though. My fiancé is a disabled veteran whos struggled for 20 years with untreated, crippling TMJ. After giving him the runaround, it finally came out that Latah Creek Family Dentistry refused to treat him supposedly for the way he talked to the front-desk woman. These were two 1-2 minute conversations regarding scheduling and VA referrals. My fiancé is direct. Hes also in pain much of the time. Guess whoever was at the front desk has a cushy life and lacked the empathy to even fathom what thats like. So, long story short, the way he was treated at this office is disgusting, and he continues to suffer because of someone who has a chip on their shoulder.

I hate going to the dentist. I've had some really bad experiences but everyone in this office eased my anxiety. They got me in on short notice and was able to deal with 2 teeth that were giving me problems. They stayed late so i wouldnt have to go home in pain. I will recommend them to everyone. I will be back to get the rest of my dental work done. Thank you again.

I left a dental practice that I had been going to for over 25 years. The new dentist that took over for my long time dentist did not work out for me. Dr. Kerst and his staff were logistically closer to my home and after my appointment, I am pleased to say I have a new dentist. The facility is clean, the staff is professional, the fees are reasonable (since I pay out of pocket). My hygienist did a great job and was very thorough.

I cannot recommend Dr. Kerst and his entire office staff highly enough. I had an infection in my jaw bone while visiting Spokane for my sons wedding. With instant imaging, he correctly diagnosed the problem and provided the correct and immediate treatment. I felt better by the next morning and able to enjoy my sons wedding. I will never forget this and forever thankful. Nice, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you. Thank you.

Dr. Kerst and staff go the extra mile for their patients. The office is very clean. Wouldnt go to anyone else.

I chose this latah dentist office cause it was close to my home. Never did I expect the great hospitality I have received there. I highly recommend them.

Always excellent cleaning my latest one showed decay under an old filling which was confirmed with imaging. Knowledgeable consultation because of thorough dental exam by the hygienist.

I had a bad experience as a child so have avoided dentists as much as possible through out my life. I went in for an exam because of a broken tooth and pain in my mouth. They knew of my fear and were amazing with me. I have a lot of work to get done but they are doing everything possible to keep me comfortable and calm in my future apportionments. Everyone there is beyond caring. I strongly recommend this dentist especially if you have any fear and doubt like I did. Also the dentist told me that trying to fix my tooth would be a lost cause and a waste of time and money for in the end. I really appreciate the honesty and him not trying to have me get pointless work done just for more money. I really trust and respect this dentist at this point.
