I have been coming to the dentist for year, but today's assistants Victoria and Jackie were AMAZING!! Positive attitudes, very reassuring and knowledgeable. Dr treated as a person but just a number, she made sure I was comfortable at all times. Thank you

I brought my three year old twins to Dr. Patel for their first check up. Dr. Patel was very patient and made sure the kids felt at ease, they liked him so much they asked when we would come back again. I would recommend Magnolia Dental Care to anyone looking for a caring dentist for themselves or for their loved ones !

Ive gotten most of all my dental procedure here, and will be doing so! The clinic is accommodating to all ur needs and the staff is very friendly.

Been coming to this place since I was a child and have fond memories of the staff and treatment I've received at this location. Highly recommend them if you're in the Inland Empire looking for a new dentist or are new to the area.

This office does not do good dental impressions and have you come back so many times to have your dental work completed. At times they would have you come back only for a 10 minute visit, the drive took longer to get there. I recommend finding another office. Even when asking for a refund they dont give you the full amount. I would recommend finding a different office. When not happy with the dental work and asking for a refund, its impossible to get a full refund, because the lab charges them a fee and they do not refund the fee that they charge the dentist and Im sure charge you, even though the impressions are not done correctly, and not the patients fault that dental work was done incorrectly!

Whatever you do dont come here, I was a first time patient and a last time patient. The doctor that did my cleaning gave the impression that he was too good to spend his time on a cleaning and passively aggressively butchered my mouth. I think this is because in a perfect world the hygienist would do the cleaning and the doctor just has to check for the quality of the cleaning as well as major issues, like cavities. Saw a lot of red flags heading in and should have just left, the patient in the chair next to me was passing their doctor tools DURING the cleaning, on behalf of the doctor. I honestly think I left with my teeth in worse condition. I have a permanent retainer on my bottom row of teeth and will occasionally get build up there so I know what it feels like when its been properly cleaned. When I mentioned it to the doctor and he came back out of the office to take a second look he really made me pay. From my perspective I was completely respectful the entire visit and did not question them at all in a way that would have been offensive.

Dont Come Here my son went for a root canal and they dont do root canals after I was told on the phone they do when they dont . also they did a cleaning when I asked them not to do that that he needs his root canal done they tricked me to just charge my insurance. Dont come here at all!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience going to this clinic. Their staff is kind and caring. The dentist who set up my whitening kit was gentle and explained everything very well. I dont like going to the dentist but she made it a comfortable experience.

This office definitely has a nice, family touch to it. Walked in and was greeted right away by staff. Dr. Patel saw me and he was very kind and explained to me all the treatment I needed and gave me good recommendations on how I could take care of my teeth better. Brought my family to get their dental treatment taken care of and they all are happy with the office. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

I really enjoyed this place. My last dentist was atrocious and Dr. Farah showed me not all dentist are bad at the job. She made sure I was doing well during treatment by asking how I felt. Very nice and everyone else is extremely nice as well especially the front desk ladies. I highly recommended this place!

i visited this place because of dr patel he is v professional v commited but dr Farah she is not professional at all it looks like i am sitting at barber shop while doing cleaning my teeth wet my full face roughly treated by her...i feel v uncomfortable i think so she is getting experience on patients they were not embarrassed even for what they did ...pathetic service...but Dr patel is highly recommended.

I dont like going to the dentist, but this place is great! Dr. Farah and her staff are all amazing. They make you feel comfortable and explain everything in detail. Great customer service, I recommend this place! They are awesome! Thank you, V. Niko

To be honest, Im not sure why the reviews are even good. I was a new patient and just had a check up and cleaning and was seen by Dr. Farrah. I was suggested work to be done that seemed a bit extensive and to be honest did not sit right with me as she could not answer my questions. 0 bedside manner, lack of patient care, and clearly seemed bothered when I asked about other options with answers like it is what it is and i dont understand what the problem is which was rude and concerning lol. Seemed almost like she was just trying to rush me into treatment. I went to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion and both dentists were really educated and honest about what treatment was actually not necessary. If you care about preserving your teeth and are not just trying to get unnecessary work done, I would look elsewhere.

Everyone hates going to the Dentist including me lol. But I will say that this has been one of my best experiences to being to a not so fun place. The Dr. Is very perfossional , he explains everything that needs to be done. Every other dentist I went to wanted to do a root canal but said fillings would be fine , which they were. I ended up also extracting 4 wisdom teeth and got dry socket. It's very common but extremely painful. He was able to pack my gums with a medication and took the pain away. He also said come as much as you need. It gave me relief because that is a unbearable pain. Even the receptionist is amazing they treat you like family and really try their best to make you feel at home.

Me and my mom went there recently and the service was amazing, I love how they explain everything to you with detail. Also they explain everything the insurance covers and what youll pay out of pocket with so much detail. Love this place very clean as well friendly staff.

This is absolutely the best dentist I have gone to, hands down. The office staff and dental assistants are friendly, considerate, and professional. The two dentists I saw were both very attentive and thoughtful. I first saw Dr. Patel and he fixed two of my broken fillings so quickly and efficiently that it was over before I knew it, as well as doing a deep cleaning. Yesterday, I saw Dr. Farah this time for a root canal, and I had a panic attack before the procedure. Her and her assistant (Im not sure how to spell her name!) calmed me down and talked me through it with a lot of care. Im absolutely thrilled to have found such a compassionate and professional office to have my dental needs taken care of. It doesnt completely eliminate my dentophobia, but it has made it a thousand times more manageable. And they accept Medi-Cal! Also, for proceduresitems not covered by insurance, they offer a large discount for cash patients. Im just so thankful for this office and all of their spectacular employees.
