Hello world let me tell you guys about the experience I had at Miami shores dental group. I am a black American male from the liberty city area. Be leave me I know the stigmatation of when people find out you are from the hood. But I was not treated like that there was no discomfort of feeling accepted the place staff was all smile. And my hygienist made me feel safe and understanding my visit she continuely was asking me am I ok. I feel good about my future visits.

This is not a trustworthy dentist. I went there in 2022. My front crown cracked and needed a new one. The doctor made me aware that the color of the new crown tooth might be different. I decided to take the chance and go with it. I was happy with the tooth when it was done.. a year later I noticed that the crown that I got was greying and the color was extremely different from the rest of my teeth. My current dentist told me that of course its greying. They used the cheap material for the crown. Imagine warning someone that their front tooth might not match and doing it on purpose knowing it would definitely greying? Looking back I should have trusted my gut feeling not only that they were messing up my insurance claim, had to chased them to give my refund back, the doctor didnt read my xray correctly so many more red flags. I wont recommend this dentist.

This is the only dentist office that I trust to take care of my teeth. Everyones kind and friendly always a great experience

Made an appointment for my daughter and me after seeing a promo flyer for exam and teeth cleaning. My daughter went in first and when she came out I asked her how the cleaning went and she told me they said her teeth were to messed up to give her a cleaning. They said she would have to make a separate appointment and pay full price for the cleaning. Total and bait and switch from what the flyer said. They also told her she had gingivitis and two cavities which was really surprising to her. I called our regular dentist and made an appointment for her the next day. Turns out she didn't have gingivitis or any cavities. I wouldn't trust this office. Obviously making up issues and fake problems with your teeth to make money.
