The entire staff are very caring and professional. I have been going to them for nearly 15 years. I have a beautiful smile, thanks to them.

Been coming here for over 15 years! The front staff is the absolute best and friendliest. The doctor is wonderful as well as the hygienists. I will never go anywhere else.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! If I could rate 0 stars I would for the first time ever in my life. They charged me 100 to cement my permanent retainer back down. A week later the cement disintegrated. That's just the tip of the iceberg! I brought my daughter in to get crowns which should have been covered by my insurance. I specifically told the dental assistant to her face to use the standard crowns when she was scheduling the appointment. The day of the appointment, my daughter calls me and the dental assistant tells me that she's going to "take care" of my daughter and made it sound like she was going to hook it up, but she screwed us. She used the premium crowns which were not covered by insurance. My bill jumped up to 500. I tried to talk to the dental assistant and she had suddenly moved to TX without a word to us. I think that this hurt the most. She was always kind and friendly to my family and we would talk about her family and life whenever we came in. My wife, my daughter, and I feel so betrayed. As soon as they could they sent our 500 bill to collections. We now owe 700 which includes a 200 collections fee. I suspect they are close to closing up shop and they no longer care about their patients.

Its terrible dentist.they fodnt honor the price that cover by the insurance. I showed up to my appointment and they wanted to charged 1500 more..

I want to go cleaning my teeth again here i really like their services. And very accomodate. They just take care of my teeth. Thank you for your services. May God Bless you

My family and I went here for years growing up and they were always very nice so it hurts me to write this review, but if I can save people some stress, I'd like to. The cleanings I got from Kelly were always AMAZING. She was sweet, fun and cleaned my teeth so good. No complaints there. The front desk girls have always been my jam, no complaints there. My complaint is with the dental work itself..I trusted this place (I've been to both offices with Dr Dave and Mike) for a long time but after a while I started to have questions. My sisters had root canals done there that had to be re-done a couple times...and they drilled through the nice new crown. This happened to both of my sisters root canals! I had 2 crowns from this place that cracked, which are under warranty for 2 years and fixed for free, but still??? The last straw for me was the last time I went there...Dave told me I needed a root canal on a tooth that i felt absolutely no problems on. I thought it was fishy...So I went to get a second opinion and I didn't mention the tooth at all. At the end of my visit, I brought up the tooth he told me I needed a root canal on and my new dentist said there is nothing wrong with the tooth...at all! Not even a small cavity! So that was IT for me AND my family. We have all found new dentists we love and trust. Wish I could have stayed here for life but just couldn't take it anymore.

They take your blood pressure before teeth cleaning and its always 10 points higher than normal when I am at the dentist! Been going to them for about 3 years now. I found everyone friendly and helpful. They call to remind me of my appointments, which I really appreciate.

I was very uncomfortable in this dental office. It was the worst experience I have ever had by a dentist and would not recommend this practice.

Went for teeth cleaning, told I had to put on a mask while Dentist was standing there wNO MASK ON!

Have been going to this dentist for 15 years. They are very professional and the office is very clean, quiet and pleasant. Best of all, I've almost never had to wait past my appointment time, maybe twice in 15 years. Friendly staff, busy but kind dentists. They've always done very good work. I don't think we've had billing issues other than one time they scheduled my cleaning one day too early for insurance to pay and I had to. They didn't do it again, though. I recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, established, competent general dentist you can rely on.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They did good work on the crown I needed and I've had no issues since, but they will mislead you about the cost of your procedure and omit that certain things they do will cost extra. They did it to me twice.

Good first - they doing their actual job pretty nice, i did check-up, cleaning and two crowns with them. BUT - sometimes they don't call to remind you about an appointment, their front desk stuff is rude as soon as you have little problem. They tricked me to do a procedure, saying that my insurance will cover that and i will have to pay only copay and then billed freaking amount of money. They lied to my face saying that they gave me all the information and i still agreed to do this procedure. So no, i wouldn't recommend them to my friends.

OKAY I've always hated the dentist but scary to say I ACTUALLY FELL IN LOVE with my dental visit at MOORE FAMILY DENTISTRY in Summerlin on Lake Mead!!!! I broke a tooth and after looking online for hours at dentists reviews I finally gave in and called a friend who referred me to them!!! AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME experience and it dang wasn't because I have perfect teeth cause oh Lord my teeth need a dentist but they truly were AWESOME and not just the doctor Dr. David Moore or the dental assistant Adrian, the ENTIRE staff was AWESOME!!!! Went today, thought they were so awesome that I had to write them a review the same night!!! IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR AN AWESOME GOOD HEARTED DENTAL OFFICE, BUSINESS, STAFF AND DOCTOR "MOORE FAMILY DENTISTRY" is definitely IT!!!!! GOD BLESS whoevers reading this and I wish you healthy teeth!!! ) THANKS AGAIN TO DR. DAVID, ADRIAN and staff for your AWESOMENESS and patience!!!
