Had i6 emergency extraction at gum line best experience I ever had I chair thanks to dentist only 7 years graduate and assistant nothing but good things to say about both

Celia has been my Hygienist for some time now. Shes personable knowledgeable, as well as having a calming way. I arrived early was taken on ahead of appointment. The care was painless thorough. She advised me of proper care upcoming treatment schedules.

The male residents don't have awareness when working on smaller faces. They should consider the amount of force they use when they work or use instruments. And if u provide a feedback, their ego is higher than themselves.

My son Qasim has been a patient for years. Qas is 46 years old now, and has never had an issue with his teeth! The dentistry has always felt more like family--always a positive experience! I look around and see new staff and doctors but it's still hasn't lost that sense of family feel, kindness, concern, and professionalism. Thank you Yvonne. God Bless you All

I cannot say enough in praise of Mountainside, Medical Centers Dental Clinic. For many years, I deferred needed dental care owing to the expense involved. At Mountainside, I found superlative quality care at a small fraction of the cost were I to consult a commercial practice. Everyone that Ive encountered at the clinic dental residents, consultant specialists, assistants, hygienists and office staff have been both courteous and thoroughly professional. I recently visited the clinic, intending to have a single tooth extracted but found myself involved in a rather more complex procedure. It was managed quickly and completely and I was given detailed aftercare instructions, which I found very helpful. I highly recommend Mountainside Dental Clinic to anyone seeking superb but affordable dental care.

Always a wonderful experience. Good care from the residents and the attending dentist. I fully recommend. Note Out of pocket costs are reasonable.

I never wait too long, very professional, courteous and clean but there are times you have to wait 4-8 weeks for appointment when very busy

I have been a patient with this Dental clinic for the last 15 years. Every new dentist that I have seen over the years have been professional and diligent in what they do. If there is a time, I need to pay out of pocket for treatment there is an in house discounted price. Appointment times are almost always spot on. And they take you in if there is an emergency. I'm very lucky to have found this clinic when I did, and the service provided is the main reason why I continue to come year after year. Lastly, I have also learned more about my oral health while being a patient here.

This has been a great experience so far for me with this office as a whole.They ate very friendly and came up with a clear game plan for my situation . I am very happy

Everyone is so nice and kind

A student dentist, NICHOLAS MANOUSSOS, requires more semesters and courses before he should ever be allowed to graduate. My friends father, military veteran, had an appointment to remove two teeth and Mr Manoussos refused to do his job. At first they said they didnt have time, fine we were willing to reschedule but then he said he can only do one tooth. What sense does that make? The appointment was to remove two because both were in excruciating pain. He then tried to play the everyone is dumber than me because Im the doctor card and said it was impossible to remove two teeth at a time and it cant be done because of anesthesia and the nurse scheduled it by accident because shes a simple nurse and not a doctor. Well, Mr. Manoussos, neither are you! lol and another thing, I am also a military vet and during my service I had all four wisdom teeth removed at a time with no complications (as did many others). I truly suggest you take some more courses and educate yourself because if this is your final semester I am scared for anyone who sits in your chair in the future.

Horrible and unreliable! They told me that they lost a crown of mine after making me wait to be seen an HOUR. Very unaccommodating and unprofessional. If it is a choice, go ELSEWHERE!

They are unprofessional, last time was there I had spoken to the dentist and the receptionist, the dentist was nice but the receptionist was rude, my insurance told me to show all three cards wheather Im going to the doctor or dentist and she had the audacity to say I dont need to see all three cards, then today around 10am I got call informing me I had an appointment when I spoke to the dentist and they said come back in February, Ill keep the appointment but just to spring on someone without any farther advance note and only advise last minute plus not to mention they didnt even send me out a reminder saying I have an appointment with them which they normally do

I had the worst experience with this location and I didnt even see a dentist. Im self employed pretty healthy and I dont have any insurance.I called about pricing and availability because Im in pain and Im willing to pay the full amount today if possible. I spoke with a woman there to inquire about removing my third molar in my lower right quadrant that was in pain. She first asked me if I was a new patient and I told her no. She then told me that she couldnt give me any information over the phone. She then asked how do I know the tooth needed to be extracted? I explained that I just left Rutgers dental school and they gave me a date for 1115 for the extraction. She told me that I should have told them I was in pain, which I did and still got the same date. I told her that the intelligent thing for me to do would be to call other locations to see if they would take me sooner. She then proceeds to tell me sorry we are not taking any new patients. I felt helpless and was never seen.

UPDATE 8-16-2022 Please be careful attending this dental clinic since my visit I visited another dentist which informed me I am NOT in need of a bone graph nor 2 teeth extractions as previously told to me by the Periodontist on my last visit. I called Mountainside Dental on 8-15-22 to retrieve my dental X-rays upon explaining what I was in need of Yvonne hung up the phone on me. Terrible condescending and dismissive Periodontist, Dr. B became aggressive verbally because I wanted to speak to someone about my experience. Experience was negative and I wont be returning. Work I need done changes with every appointment. My experience left me feeling unsafe, every time I would try to say anything or question the Periodontist I was cut off unable to complete statement or questions.

Dont go!!! They quote you one price, start the work and the middle of treatment change the quoted price. Daughter went here to have her teeth cleaned and was there almost 3 hours. It doesnt take 3 hours to clean Mr. Eds teeth. Simply ridiculous!!!
