Palouse View Dental

It was my first time working with the new doctor at Palouse View, but he seemed very capable and knowledgeable. However, the person I wanted to rave about was the dental hygienist. Dani was charming, sweet and very good at cleaning my teeth. She was just a joy to work with.

I love my hygienist ("Charli") at Palouse View Dental. She is very skilled and conversational. All staff at PVD provide valuable information to their patients. Dr. Clay Hansen (top-notch, friendly, informative, and gentle) is leaving the practice soon, but I appreciated meeting Dr. Tanner Menard (taking over PVD) just yesterday (Dr. Menard completed my exam after the routine cleaning and chat with Dr. Hansen). PVD does not accepthonor any and all health insurance programs. The important thing to me is the skillfulness and consistency of care I receive at PVD. I'm, staying with them!

My previous dentist stopped accepting my Delta Dental Insurance, so I called Palouse View Dental and asked if they could see me instead. Only after the appointment did they inform me that they also do not accept my insurance. It's so frustrating that their office didn't tell me they were out-of-network ahead of time . What's more, they charged 347 dollars for my cleaning. Torry Dental in Pullman only charges 80 for an out-of-network cleaning. Key take aways 1. Call your dental insurance to find out who is in-nextwork. 2. Go to Dr. Torry if you don't have Dental insurance.

Dr. Hansen has a wonderful staff that makes it enjoyable to visit his dental office. I have developed a complete trust and confidence in the entire staff. I've recommended numerous friends to the office in the belief that Dr. Hansen and his staff can provide them with the same level of dental care that I've enjoyed.

I've been coming to Palouse View Dental with Dr. Hansen for 15 years. He and his staff are all exemplary with their care, communication and attention to detail. Billing is clear and direct. I would highly recommend them all!!!

Everyone is so kind plus they don't rush your procedure to get you out

First visit was pleasant and relaxing. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Hansen sat down with me and we discussed short-term and long-term dental care. I did not feel pressured to choose options that were more costly but instead was encouraged to opt for the care that would best meet my emotional and mental well-being. Recently I went in for 9 fillings and 2 extractions. It was divided into two appointments (per my request). Both appointments made me very anxious, as dental work usually does, but thanks to the free nitrous, music and gentle care, I didn't feel a thing. We are thankful to have found our family dentist! I would HIGHLY recommend Palouse View Dental.
