Pure Cypress Dentist

I saw doctor Tran with dental assistant Leslie. Leslie was gentle, considerate, and respectful while taking X-rays and gathering info. Staff was very courteous all around. Equipment was impressive using the latest technology. Even the seats seemed to have memory foam for comfort. I can see they thought of everything to serve the patient here. Dr Tran is upfront and honest with me. He respectfully explained dental procedures and expectations. It was an overall great experience, thanks pure dental!

I decided to give this place another shot since its closer to home, but I honestly shouldve stuck with my original dentist. I now remember why I stopped coming here years ago. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, and the whole place just didnt feel very clean or well-maintained. The teeth cleaning was rushed and honestly not great. Im really frustratedpaid 99 for a subpar experience. Ill be making the drive to my other dentist from now on. Id recommend avoiding this place.

Gabby at the front desk was very helpful with setting up my appointments. She was easy to talk to. Dr. Thomas was very knowledgeable and didnt push anything on me. He was precise with his cleaning and I wasnt in any pain or discomfort. This was my first visit at this dentistry facility as well.

They push patients to leave 5-star reviews on Google and Yelp by shoving a QR code in their face post appointment, so I would not trust any of the good reviews on here. I, too, felt pressured into leaving a review so I initially left a 5-star review, but after my overall experience at this dentist, this is my actual, honest review. I had a terrible experience here. I came here for a general checkup and cleaning, which was triggered by a slight pain in my tooth. During that appointment, Dr. Raha kept urging me to purchase a 500 night guard, which I declined. Few days after this appointment, I began to feel even more pain in the same tooth than before. I came in again and Dr. Thomas told me I had a deep cavity which required me to get a root canal AND crown. Dr. Thomas assured me that it's a guaranteed solution. I shelled out 1,700 because he said my insurance doesn't cover it. I wanted to fix this issue once and for all so I chose to trust his recommendation. I got the procedure done and the pain was EVEN worse than before. I came in AGAIN and he blatantly lied to me saying that the pain is coming from the tooth next to the crown he put in. "The crown is perfect, I'm not sure why you're feeling discomfort". He tapped on the crown he did and the tooth next to it, to compare where the pain is coming from. He kept saying I was signaling pain from the tooth next to the crown, although when I do the same test on myself, only the crown hurts. He referred me to another office, I'm assuming so that he doesn't have to take accountability for the messed up root canal and crown he did. I honestly don't know why he thinks I can't tell the difference in where I feel the pain in my own mouth. In the moment, I was so frustrated and angry I just accepted the result and left. I don't trust him, so I don't want to deal with him ever again, unless it's to get a refund. I wasted 1700 on a messed up root canal and crown. It's very upsetting and it sucks because I feel very untrusting towards dentists now. Don't get root canals or crowns done here. It's not worth the risk of it going bad and them shrugging you away to someone else. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE CALIFORNIA DENTAL BOARD. Read through all the 1-star reviews on Google. It's appalling.

Donavan was very kind and professional on what he does. He makes you feel comfortable at a dental office. X-rays turned out great . Daisy and Dr. Thomas did an incredible cleaning on me. Joel presented my treatment plan. Today was a good day.

Pure dental staff is amazing the front desk, the techs especially Donavan and Leslie who was the epitome of customer care. Some places give you more anxiety, this place makes you feel comfortable from the time you walk in! The desntist was very straight forward and gentle. I love it here which is rare for me to say about a dental office .

Donavan was professional and very friendly to talk to. I was in and out the Dental office. I didnt have to wait that long. I highly recommend this dental office to anybody who has a fear of the dentist. Very polite staff.

As when I walked into the pure cypress dental office. I was greeted respectfully from Donavan, gabby, Joel and Dr. Thomas. I felt like I have choosed a great dentist. I have a few problems in my mouth. They didnt hesitate to help. They were gladly to help me with my issues. I highly recommend this dental office. Great work ethic and very professional staff.
