I visited this office in August 2024 for an issue with one tooth, and since then, Ive been in the office once or twice a month for various issues and concerns they stated I had. Despite all these visits, the initial issue with my tooth remains unresolved. What followed was an overwhelming list of over 18,000 in recommended work. However, after seeking a second opinion, I received a treatment plan that included 2 minor procedures with a cleaning. Leaving me questioning the legitimacy of the treatment plan and pricing from rampart dental. On top of that, Im now locked into a 1,100 payment plan, but the billing statements I receive in the mail dont match the balance the office claims I owe. I requested a full breakdown and payment history on December 16, 2024. Brenda, the office manager, finally called on 011725 and promised to email me the payment details and my entire treatment plan by the end of the day on 012025, so I waited 3 more days. Coincidentally after I posted my second Google review on 012025 (Ive had to post this review multiple times because it keeps getting taken down) they recently added another 200 to a procedure Ive already paid 436 to pay off in August 2024. They included that outstanding balance to my patient portal and the payments automatically taken that are supposed to go towards my 1,100 payment plan are now being posted to this random 200 payment that I did not consent to and dont believe I owe. Adding to my frustration, during my September 13, 2024 visit, the hygienist, Brittany Morataya, showed me my husbands chart. Brenda confirmed on 011725 that my husband never authorized their office to share his information with me, which is a clear violation of HIPAA. Shannon at the front desk has been helpful, but Ive had issues with her sending the wrong information. After requesting a full-mouth x-ray, I was sent an outdated panoramic x-ray from 2020. When I raised concerns about discrepancies in my payment plan, I received an email where my name was misspelled, and a promise that I would receive a call back. The call back from Brenda took 31 days to receive. While the staff is friendly and provides good customer service in person, I believe theyre recommending unnecessary treatments and overcharging their patients to maximize profits. I do not recommend this practice. I have tried to post this exact review MULTIPLE times but Rampart Dental keeps reporting this review and taking it down. Rampart Dental will reply and advise me to call their office but I have already called 4 times this month and prior to resorting to posting this review I asked about lodging a complaint. Brenda stated that their office is privately owned and they do not have a corporate office so I was directed to file a complaint with the NV board of dentistry on 011725 instead.

Ive been seeing Dr. King for years, and I cant recommend her enough! Not only does she take care of my teeth, but she also sees my whole family, from my mom to my grandparents. Its rare to find a dentist who genuinely connects with everyone, regardless of age. Shes patient, thorough, and always makes us feel comfortable. The office staff is friendly, and the environment is welcoming. From routine checkups to more involved procedures, I trust Dr. King completely. Great care all around!

My family and I have been coming here for years and even though some have come and gone over the years, the care and patience have never declined. I have had some anxiety about the dentist for a long time. I had to get a deep clean and hygienist Brittany H had such a good bedside manner and really helped me through it. Very thoughtful, kind and patient! She even shared that she is passionate about working with special needs folks and I can totally see it. I just cannot recommend RDG enough! Thanks all!

Such a great Dental Office! I thought I was going to lose a tooth because I couldnt afford a root canal and Dr. King not only made it happen with the treatment but took care of other dental work I needed done. The hygienists are so nice and great to talk to. I look forward to getting my cleanings! My dental health has made a complete recovery since seeing them a year and a half ago. Highly recommend! They have very cheap and affordable options and are highly professional. My favorite Hygienist is Breanna! Thanks guys!

Customer service is excellent. Alyssa was very attentive and tried to help with insurance issues. Much appreciated.

I was directed to this practice by Delta Dental, my dental insurance provider. Every service I was recommended was an upsell from the insurance allowance. I gave up on them after wanting 85 for a cleaning that my insurance offered a 20 copay. Naturally, they were not going to provide the 20.00 service. I do not see how anyone can trust any recommendation when the clear purpose was to extract money beyond the insurance copay.

As always they were professional and precise in all aspects. I have been a patient for almost 10 years!

I had a great experience at rampart dental. It was my sons first dentist appointment and Alyssa Torres, Shannon, and Dr. King did a great job at making my son feel comfortable from the second we walked in. Dr. King was great and explaining each step and was very knowledgeable.

Ive been seeing Dr. King for many years and shes fantastic! Always takes the time to answer my questions and goes above and beyond in addressing my concerns! The office always seems to have the most up to date imaging equipment Ive ever seen at a dentist office. Everyone at the office (hygienist, front desk) are very friendly. Most effective scheduling of any doctor I see. They run on time every time!

Have been coming here for about a year. Dr. King and the entire staff are always polite, accommodating, professional and welcoming. I've never felt more comfortable in a dental chair, then when I'm at Dr. King's. If you're looking for a new dentist for you or your family, I highly recommend them. Everyone from the front desk to the back office is amazing.
