This is a special place. All the paperwork are web based. This makes the entire process from booking appointments to filling forms can be done easily. That's that. The main reason for my highest rating is the dentist. She is so professional, great at what she does, and has a way of explaining complex medical procedures in easy to understand language. All insurance and Medicaid are accepted.

I hate the dentist and had the most amazing experience. They took me as an emergency appt, in and out with insurance verified, and they were fantastic. Highly recommend and will be going back on a routine basis once my root canal is completed.

This was my best dental experience, and I have never had a bad dental experience. The service was exceptionally top notch. The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. The whole process from scheduling and registering online to checking out was seamlessly smooth. I cant wait to begin my Invisalign with the best provider!

Dr. Serena Ta is incredible! She managed to fit me in for a same-day appointment and explained the procedure and pricing so clearly that I felt completely at ease. Her kindness and attention to detail made the whole experience surprisingly enjoyableshe truly knows how to brighten your day (and your smile). Every time I come to the appointment its always a far drive at least 30 minutes from where I live, but its worth it. Staff is awesome. Doctors are sweet. I would recommend.

Both Dr Ta and Dr Phu are fantastic. Both great with kids. My 5 y.o. gags a lot but Dr Ta was able to successfully perform his first filling.

No one likes going to the dentist, but everyone at Serene Smiles makes the experience as nice as it can be. The office itself is not only clean, but also super cute which creates a good atmosphere overall. Even the small details like little hooks in the exam rooms for your purse show the care Dr. Serena has for her patients. The staff is always really friendly and you can tell its important to them to make an effort to put you at ease. Ive been to dentists that were very rough while cleaning my teeth, making for an incredibly painful experience. But the dental hygienists here are gentle and make sure the process as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend Serene Smiles if youre looking for quality dental care!
