Smiles Dental Roseburg

I choose Smiles Dental because it's fast, easy, and relatively pain-free. They are concerned about dental health and share that information freely with you.

I checked in at 230pm. I sat there for 45 minutes while other people were taken back for treatment. Finally the lady asks me if I want to check OUT. They saw me sitting there, and the hygienist had asked several times if her patient had arrived and she was told no. I told the receptionist that I checked in and still havent been seen! Why would I be sitting there waiting to check out!? The front office staff is incompetent. I checked my phone and they were leaving messages accusing me of being late!

I had my dentures realigned and they were excellent in the process. Answering questions that I asked and timely turnaround to return the dentures

All the staff are helpful, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The doctor was fantastic! They took very good care of us. Thank you very much, Tom and Sandy long

This is one of the best practices I've ever been to! They are incredibly compassionate, kind, and thorough. My son has autism and the hygienist, Emma, was so patient and kind to him. She made his visit as positive as it could be for him. I saw her a week later and she did an amazing job with my cleaning, as well. She was gentle, while still being thorough, and was very personable. I had the prep and temporary crown done today and was even more impressed by them. The dentist worked hard to minimize the pinch from the needle and didn't do more than needed to be done (which saved me money, but also means they could have made more and I would never have known. I truly appreciate their honesty!) I highly recommend Smiles!

Very friendly and very helpful

I arrived for my first experience at Smiles Dental to a flury of activity first thing in the morning. Apparently Dr Easter was on his own with the other dentist out sick. One might have expected a decline in care, but that was not the case. The assistants were wonderful, and Dr Easter worked quickly and gently to extract my infected tooth. I was out of the chair and on my way in less than an hour. I'm happy to say I've found my new dentist!

My cleaning, minus the X-rays, took a mere thirty minutes.

It was my fourth time getting my teeth cleaned at Smile Dental Roseburg. The hygienist Emma is gentle, personable, and thorough. I have my next cleaning appointment scheduled and will be back again.,

Super friendly and caring. Skilled with those that have gag reflexes even trying to do xrays.

Love Smiles Dental, everyone in there is awesome and I always get to work on a puzzle while waiting, so I arrive early for puzzle time!

This experience with Smiles Dental was absolutely great and that says alot considering most of us dread dental appointments. They were on time, friendly, efficient and overall a pleasant experience!
