I have been coming to SN Family Dental for about 5 years and plan to keep coming back. They are clean and professional every time I come to get work done on my teeth. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable group of people to look after your teeth.

The receptionist was lovely and checking in and out was quick and easy. Dentist was great. Nice place overall

Service was definitely great. Friendly staff overall but the wait time was crazy. Got seen 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Definitely need a bigger office better parking

First time bringing my girls Sasha and Brittany here and we loved it they all were so patient and kind they made us feel very welcome and comfortable and dentist Simranni Rai is the best she made my youngest very comfortable to the point where she didn't even cry when she gave her a needle to numb her mouth to take out her baby tooth and normally I have to hold her down we will definitely be coming back also you can even watch TV while getting your teeth cleaned excellent place with beautiful people working inside and I'm going to make me my first appointment as well soon

Had such a great experience. Always didn't feel so good about braces. But they told me every fine detail and to better my health. I'm so glad I made the best decision to get them done. Great work. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them

My experience at this dental office is less than subpar. I have a dental HMO so finding a really good dentist is really hard. We blind trust dentist and allow them to work on the most precious body part - our mouth. I came to this dental office because of the great reviews. My cleaning was done by the dentist and was super quick and she didnt share I needed a root canal until my insurance contacted me about this. That was my first red flag - lack of information. I decided to return bc of the hassle dealing with HMO dental insurance. Bad bad idea! I got my root canal done at another location since they werent equipped with an Endodontist and came back to this office for the crown. Crown was done on site and ready in a manner of hours - great! BUT the woman who placed my crown did not place it correctly and didnt bother to adjust the crown. I complained, I knew something in my mouth was off but I kept being put off from the dentist saying that I need time to adjust to the crown and come back in 2 weeks! I went home feeling hopeless and miserable I couldnt talk properly nor could I close my mouth fully to chew. My jaw was hurting so bad. I decided to call back bc I was desperate only to be told the dentist is leaving the office and cant see me again until Monday. I couldnt wait days for an adjustment I was so uncomfortable. I decided to see another dentist for an emergency visit and paid out of pocket to get my crown adjusted. The dentist that saved me stated that the dentist practically left a mountain in my mouth and the alignment of my teeth were terribly off. I hope that anyone reading this learns from my mishaps and advocate for yourself before leaving the dentist. If you dont feel right it aint right! I will never go back to this dental office again nor do I recommend them for anything outside a basic cleaning. Spend the extra money invest in better quality care if you can. This place is not it.

Everyone is very friendly and willing to help

I used to be afraid of going to the dentist, and the last one was not a good experience, in so much that I was thrown out of his doctor's office, and was told to never return. But then I came to SN dentist. They taught me how to breathe to calm down, they were very patient with me, they explain things to me, they're very friendly. I still don't enjoy going to the dentist, but who does, yet I am not afraid with the SN dentist because of their friendliness, gentleness, their teaching, and they work fast.
