From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nicole Khalife was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain each step of my treatment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled dentist! The office is new and clean.

I found this dental group after reading their great reviews, and while I was hesitant at first (you never know if reviews are genuine), Im so glad I gave them a chance. My previous dentist didnt properly treat a root canal, causing issues with the crown, so I was skeptical. Dr. Islam is amazingshes kind, professional, and took great care of my routine checkup. She also suggested Invisalign to fix my bite. I love how the aligners are doing its work. The clinic manager, Destiny, was super helpful and even offered a discount. What I love most is how efficient they areIve never waited more than five minutes. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making each visit easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for trustworthy dental care!

SoHo Dental is a true gem! I had a difficult tooth replacement requirement that other, very reputable, dentists insisted I would need three crowns and a bridge (filing down two healthy teeths in the process). Dr. Leonetti and am excellent oral surgeon he recommended we're able to give me a tooth implant. It took them time and an extraordinary effort to make this difficult procedure perfect. Yet, SoHo's we're very reasonable -- they do accept dental insurance. The admin staff is great -- friendly, caring and very efficient. Even my wife raves about SoHo Dental and her mother was a dentist!

I had a fantastic experience here! From the cheerful front desk staff to the very informative and educational dental staff. I had been struggling with dental pain for MONTHS that other places didn't know how to treat. The staff here educated me on what was going on to cause pain, treated me, and I feel good as new. Will be returning for all visits!

I have been undergoing Invisalign treatment in my home country but I moved to New York recently. Today one of my Invisalign attachments suddenly fell off, and I was very anxious, thinking I would have to go back to my home country to see my dentist there. I called a few dentist offices in New York and I was so lucky to find this place. They helped me fix the attachment immediately on the same day. I am truly grateful and wish to recommend this dental office!

Great job, comprehensive - highly recommended!

Definitely a lot of upsell. Stopped going here 3 years ago after a hygienist insisted I needed another deep cleaning after I had just gotten one in the same office, showing me my x-rays supposedly infested with tartar which showed zero tartar. I realized they pushed deep cleanings on me literally every time I was there. I asked for my medical records to be transferred two years ago and they didn't do it, and they keep calling me to schedule appointments.

Called to book my appointment and provided my dental plan ID - followed up the day of the appointment and was told that everything would be in-network. After getting my cleaning, I was told that I was actually out of network and would just have to pay a 50 co-pay. Now, fast forward 3 months and I just received a 650 bill in the mail...for a cleaning! Please educate your staff on how to properly process insurance information before misleading new patients.

Went in for a promo tooth cleaning, left without the cleaning and felt strong armed to commit to a 4K dental cleaning program. Where I was probed with questions like why didnt I feel like my dental health was t worth investing. Would never go back or recommend to anyone based on that alone. Clearly its a bait and switch place and their objective is to terrorize you to spend as much money as you humanly can on whatever services they have to offer. It was a waste of my time.

Best dentist I've ever been to!

Dentist is fineone time the hygienist forgot to let the dentist know they had finished my cleaning so I sat for an inordinately long time waiting and then when the dentist came it was clear she was passed on no information on my cleaning and I had to re-explain all my current conditions. BUT what Im writing this review about is the WILD sales campaign their team deploys to force me to schedule an appointment. It is a constant barrage of phone calls, voicemails, emails, texts for me to schedule another appointment. This doesnt feel like a medical practice but a SaaS company shoving a product down my throat. Its insane and unprofessional.
