Excellent service .. Excellent customer service..

I give them 4 stars because they treated us very well and are very kind, they always take their time so as not to hurt you, I highly recommend them.

I would stay away from this place that just care about how much money then can get from you.

I was there for a cleaning and I was treated like a Dog since I wasn't even attended by the doctor but by a uei nurse. When cleaning my teeth she with a grinder which is normal but she was rushing and didn't care if I had a lot of blood in my thought and continued to rush the process and caused me to choke on my blood. I think she was expecting me to swallow the blood. I don't recommend them also because they are unethical and not well educated in their work. My medical approved 2 crowns and they said medical didn't approve and I had to pay 2000 dollar. Not well educated in their craft because I had to go down to Mexico for a consultation and mentioned I needed an endodontist for one of my tooth before I had the crowns installed something that doctor at family health center should have mentioned but apparently they don't know how to read x- rays lol. Go to West Coast Dental instead they got me good.

They will charge you without your consent. Dont go here, take y'all hard earned money elsewhere unless yall got money to spend ofc !

The staff was excellent. The place was clean. I arrived early and I was seen right away. I would recommend this office.

We were only 15 minutes late because I didn't want to miss my class and they only give us 10 minutes and they usually have us waiting for much longer when we are on time and it was empty too, they only want to collect from the insurance, when they git yiu inside a room waiting for another 30 minutes before yiu get attended. I will looking for another dentist for my kid, and leave this one

Yeah I think the service is there at the dentistry that we go to South gate the people are very respectful they always take your appointments on time you're very courteous very politeful and they take you on time of your appointment thank you for everything..

Online it's stated that this office offers nitrous when in fact they DO NOT. The only help they offer is novacaine. ANY LEGITIMATELY GOOD DENTIST will offer nitrous. My only advice would be don't look for a dentist in a shopping center.

The staff and dentist are professionals. Good service. The Doctor's are sensetive to your needs. They do their best to make you feel comfortable. I recommend it.

Thank you for everything I really appreciate your patience The dentist and her assistant were so freaking nice they made me feel super comfortable even though I was in pain and nervous because I havent went to the dentist every since I had bad experience with another dentistry but let me tell you this not only is the dentist and her assistant are beautiful theyre very Nice and humble through my extraction both of them kept on asking if I was in pain if I was okay which for me is excellent customer service..all the staff is super nice and they also find a way to help when it comes to there payment plans they explain everything she basically told me how much the medical cover and what it didnt once again thank you and I will be returning

Today we had an appointment with my son. David and Dr.Masha were very kind and they explained every procedure that my son needed.

Dr is great as well as all the staff!

Stay Away from this corrupted Dental Office, they will rip you off, they will charge you just to tell you things you don't need. The Specialist there is no good. They charged me 110 just to tell me about a service I didn't need. I do not recommend you that so called Crown Specialist.

My experience here was exalent. There was good service from the dentist. They were very kind.

Everyone is very nice here! They are all very patient. I was very nervous at first but the dental assistant was super nice!

The dentists care about you. Accept many insurances. They show all the results on the x-rays. Fix all your problems.

Outstanding customer service, all my doctor visits are done on time. All the employees are curious, respectful, and compassionate to patients care.

If youve ever been sick dont tell them i guess they rather you lie than say the truth. I had shingles at the beginning of the month and just finished my antibiotics last week (only because i took a week still to get diagnosed) of course i asked my dr if I wasnt contagious I obviously wouldnt risk other people. I was cleared it has been more than the 10-14 days not to be contagious. I just went in and they asked if i had recently been on antibiotics and i said yes last week so then the dentist treated me like i was a disgusting person. So i told her I would leave since she was just looking at me all uncomfortable. So dont be honest about having been sick recently. Or anyone who has a disease maybe dont tell them. I couldve lied but I didnt that should say enough about me risking others.
