Dr. Carlos Letelier and his staff are amazing! After having a bad experience with a different oral surgeon office, I found Dr. Letelier and I am so glad I did. His office staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Even when originally booking an appointment, I had a question and the office staff (I think his name was Jonathan) said he would check and call me back. He actually did. That is so rare out here in Vegas. I have a rare issue with anesthetics so I was more nervous than a traditional patient but Dr. Letelier was very knowledgeable on the subject and made me feel safe. His billing specialist was knowledgeable and made sure I had access to the meds I would need prior to my surgery. The surgical RN was very sweet and took good care of me as well. The doctor even called to check on me later on the day of my surgery but I was passed out haha. Thank you to the doctor and all his staff. As someone who also works in healthcare, I can unfortunately see how patients can be treated as just another number at times. This office truly cares. Thank you!

I went in for my wisdom teeth removal and I was nervous because I had never been put under anesthesia before but the staff were phenomenal before and after. Always informative and helpful. Dr. Letelier made me feel at ease before the procedure and when I came too, the staff were right there being patient, compassionate and caring. Anytime, that Ive had a question or concern, the staff at the desk, were always there to listen and help. I appreciated the follow up call by Dr. Letelier letting me know everything went smoothly.

Very professional and everything was explained in detail. The doctor took his time to address our concerns about our son's tooth anomaly and how to best address correcting the problem to prevent a larger issue as his mouth develops. Thank you for taking care of our son today!

My son one year old and a few months had a tongue tie procedure done here and lip tie and Dr. Letelier and the anesthesiologist Amanda treated him with such care and made me feel at ease about everything. Their staff was so helpful and I highly recommend this place for their child or anyone that needs oral care.

Treatment Date February 24, 2022 Coming into your practice for the very first time, I was very, very nervous as I had a terrible experience when I had a tooth pulled many years ago in the Sixties. If I told you what happened you wouldnt believe it. But my experience at THE CENTER WITH Dr. Letelier and STAFF was incredibly professional. To say it another way, I dont remember a thing. Being sedated was the best thing ever. But mainly, everyone was very professional, from Emmanuel who first answered the phone when my wife called to obtain an appointment for me, and from Jeffrey who gathered my medical and insurance information and spoke to me with the utmost professionalism. And also the assistants who helped prep me. Also, Dr. Letelier explained all options and potential outcomes clearly to me and my wife after x-rays were taken. One last comment, as a Licensed Architect for over forty-three years, your office and patient rooms were professional and the cleanest dental office I have ever been in and treated. Many businesses dont realize how important this is, but THE CENTER does. I have already referred two professional associates to your business. My wife and I had a tooth extracted and a bone graft done at The Center for Oral Surgery. Dr. Letelier and his staff were very friendly, courteous, and made our experience easy and comfortable. Dr. Letelier was very passionate and compassionate. He explained the procedure to us so that we could clearly understand it, and showed excellent personal and professional care, especially his follow-up calls the evening of the procedure which made us feel safe and cared for. The office staff and nurses were also friendly, polite, and warmly welcoming to their patients. The high-quality office and procedure room are well-equipped and beautifully decorated. We would highly recommend Dr. Letelier and his staff to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.

Dr. Retellier is very knowledgeable, gentle and caring. He knows what he's doing and does it with passion. The office staff is super nice. Also the office is very clean and neat.

I had a panic attack for fear of unexpected and everyone there was fantastic. Alyssa in the procedure room helped me through a lot. I wasted almost two hours of their time and every e was very empathetic to me! I felt so bad.
